โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience - the communication was hopeless! It ended up costing us months of time in waiting because the process of application was not clearly explained. The main person seemed to think that we had detailed understanding of the system of quarantine and requirements in Singapore and in our destination country - that's what we were paying them for!! I do not recommend this company.

โ โ โ โ โ I was so glad Mitchville handled my catsโ relocation to Taipei, Taiwan. Rebecca was very quick to send through the documents and info that I need to send them, and also explained very clearly via phone and email the necessary procedures and handled the paperwork, it was a load off my shoulders while I prepped my own move. Fong was exceptionally helpful when we brought the cats for their health check as well as actual day airport check in. There was some issue with my luggage and also the SQ counter took a while to handle the excess baggage where my cats were travelling as, and he was patient throughout. Made sure the cats have all their paperwork, made sure I know what to do and was just overall helpful and dependable. I couldnโt be happier they helped me move my 3 cats from Singapore to Taipei. Thank you!

Dwayne Chan in particular was behind us every step of the way, guiding us thru the numerous steps, sending gentle reminder emails, especially thru the long and detailed health screening process over many weeks.
Thanks Dwayne and team. Kenji is safely and happily with us in Melbourne.
Would recommend Mitchville to anyone moving their dog overseas, whether you want them to do everything, or whether you wish to manage some of it yourself.
