BETTER DONT BUY FROM THEM! Ordered Jevity milk 1.5 weeks ago but only today I was told that the ordered items were OUT OF STOCKS! Sales rep was very reluctant to even check and conveniently ask me to check with the logistics that they are using! HELLO! DO YOU THINK I WORK FOR YOU, PHARMAX TO KNOW UR DELIVERY SCHEDULE!!! Never gg to buy from tis place who don't even know how to provide Customer Service!

Customer service and post sales service of the Yishun branch are horrible. No update, info or follow-up on my paid S$100 deposit return date or status after end of lease period for 2 weeks & more. Staffs are seen avoiding phone calls, ignoring read WA messages on official contacts during indicated business operating hours, strong demonstration of reluctantancy to provide appropriate customer service and display of ignorance on the status/procedure for the return of rental deposit on medical assist devices; wheelchair, etc. I do not suggest buyers or rentees to deal with them.

Bought online, went for self collect, but they were still selling to walk-ins.. Sold out the masks we bought online in advance handling them out to the later walk-ins who we saw walking out in the boxes...... Terribly planning.. Walkin queue moved faster than the online collection (as they have to trace and match the Order no. then find the items in their boxes behind the counter). Came to the front at our turn finally and was told they will be replacing with a similar mask. Checked the Mask protection rating to be slightly worst than the one we had purchased... Getting it replaced is one thing.. Seeing with our own eyes how they are letting it go to supposedly the people who had purchased later than us (the walk-ins) is just terrible..! Very nonsensical.. 1. Seperate and reserve stock for those who had purchased in advance online 2. Don't sell online once the stock is out. It's very clear their online system is a very basic web store and it does not Tele with actually stock count. Thus the management havok.. The staff were nice (in explaining and patience) But the whole thing was just wrong and mind-blowing.. I don't even know what to make out of my experience while there.. Queueing for an hour for a 'self - collection' and already paid in full,while watching the ppl in the walk-in queue getting walking out with desired items faster than we did. One row of pleasant?? Customers and my row was full of puzzled and frustrated customers.

I'm a return customer for ASSURE surgical mask. Went to your Toa Payoh outlet yesterday & was greeted with disappointing service attitude. And I will explore other brands after I finish this purchase.

One-stop medical supply place.

Rented a wheelchair from Yishun HQ, put down a refundable $150 deposit with proper documentation. Returned the wheelchair in Nov 2020 and till now (Feb 21) $150 is still not refund. Called few times, and went down personally, everyone there told me must check with finance. Isn't Yishun the HQ? Finance and boss sitting there right? Called again today and the person I spoken to, told me need to check with finance again. Cannot explain why my refund not submitted in the Nov 20 list. Pls dun use the "check with finance" trick to evade your obligation to refund your customers. NOTE: rent from them at YOUR OWN RISK, they want you to pay first, pay now, but "must check with finance" FOREVER to refund your deposit.

Great place to shop for medical supplies. They are really one stop medical place that I able to get all my need.

Urgently needed to rent a wheelchair. Received great service from Jimmy who who even stayed back after his office hours to wait for me to pick up the wheelchair. There were some wear & tear issues with the wheelchair the next day, which Jimmy was quick to resolve. End of the day, I’m totally happy with Jimmy’s service & their rental rates are also more affordable as compared to others.
