★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not really happy with their services from a medical clinic point of view.
1) NO handover to client when the sales rep in charge is on leave (eg: xxx is on leave until certain date, if any order needed during this period please contact mr xxx at this number) neither when they left Yeap Medical, no one has informed to clinic in charge, and no handover whoever will be the next sales rep in charge. Three times encountered same issue and is really not so difficult to do so.
2) Didn't inform when supply are OOS, when the order items arrived at clinic and we realize that there is missing some of the order that we originally placed. When we check with the sales rep in charge, only then inform us the product is OOS.
2 stars for their price, 0 stars with their service provide.
