He has great product knowledge and is a very friendly guy. I have visited numerous lighting shops but left without buying anything as they are either “hard-sellers” or selling inferior products at a premium price. If you are looking for quality lightings products with the service and professional advise to match, I will recommend Philips and Gilbert is the man to look for. After spending a few hours in this shop, I am proud to say that my entire home is illuminated by Philips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to A Lightz Shop at Bukit Merah Central this afternoon around 2.30pm and were surprised to meet a Saleswoman named Adeline, she is cheerful, patient, positive, very helpful, always attentive to my needs without pushing me to buy things that I do not need, she won't give me an impression 'don't trouble me if you are not buying'. She is always there to give me good advice and recommendations. I truly have a pleasant experience while shopping at this shop. She really made my shopping enjoyable.

We came across A Lightz Shop and were delighted to find everything we were looking for here. Both Gilbert and Elaine were very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant and gave us great recommendations and advice. We had a wonderful experience from the start (shopping) to the delivery and completion of the installation job. Gilbert even followed up with me to ensure that everything was okay after the installation of the lights at our home. Gilbert and Elaine made the difference and our home is lighted up with Philips. We dare say it is a jewel of a shop.

The contractor that came to the house to install the lights was very efficient and proficient in his profession. No issues at all.
Very happy and satisfied with the LED rotating lights bought for the living room and bed room!

Very patient, friendly and helpful. Give practical lighting advices for my new home. Recommend a few good philip lighting to solve my problem. I was sourcing for children lighting, she very sincere and honest in her words and told me to go for the new model of led type children light where the led driver can be easily change and because the old model of individual big light bulbs are no longer in the market to replace with. Thumbs up for her great service. Great pricing and quality lights to purchase from.
