Fully satisfied with the service that i received at this clinic. Efficient and smooth process for my warts which was handled by Jia Lin, the podiatrist. She gave words of encouragement and ​calmed me down when she had to freeze my warts (we all know its one of the most excruciating moments in life). Also the receptionist, Insyirah was accomodative to my enquires and constantly reminded me of my upcoming appts which was helpful for me with my busy schedule. Thank you for solving my wart issues!

my experience in Physio & Sole Clinic Bukit Timah was meritorious, i had very bad ingrown toe nail for almost 10 months. Dr Jia Lin has explained everything very clear and able to understand easily, she performed my surgery very well that i didn’t feel any pain. With the excellent help from Nicole, we able to book our 3 follow up appointments with no problems. I found Physio And Sole via Google Search and decided to give them a try after reading the favourable reviews. I had suffered from warts on both feet and had sought treatment at a podiatrist at a local hospital. I was told that the warts had been treated, but they persisted. They grew deeper and started to cause me pain. The hospital's podiatry department recommendation to use an over the counter treatment was not working and after a year of painful clinic visits I gave up and decided to try Physio And Sole. It all started with a WhatsApp message to their hotline. Some pictures and a short discussion of my medical history later, I had an in-person assessment booked for the next day! I travelled to the clinic and met Jia Lin, who reviewed my case with a thorough discussion of my treatment history, followed by a series of health questions and a detailed physical examination. A treatment plan was mapped out with my input and Jia Lin explained in great detail her plan and how she would work around my needs. Over the next four weeks I made a few visits to the clinic for Jia Lin to work on my feet. The treatment plan was revised based on the progress that I was making and she made sure to keep me informed of exactly how my feet were doing and if they were healing well. She also went into quite deep detail regarding the treatment approach and explained all the medications, method of dressing the wounds and home care approaches needed. The clinic also offered their tele-consult services - I could connect with them at any time via WhatsApp and Jia Lin would give her input, for example, when blistering occurred after cryogenic treatment and I was concerned about the healing process. In a little over one month, there was tremendous progress and my feet were almost completely healed. Jia Lin then arranged for me to transit to a remote consult phase, with clear instructions to send pictures of the healing process so that she could make any adjustments as required. Though the treatment was at times painful, I was *always* informed of the treatment plan for the day, exactly what was being done and when I could expect to feel pain and how I could deal with it. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was so incredible positive I decided to share here so that I could at least help people make an informed decision when looking for a good podiatrist. Thank you Jia Lin and Team for the superb professionalism and the wonderful standards of care! My feet are grateful!

Superb experience from the initial wassap assessment to first visit at their Bt Timah branch. Toto, my podiatrist, was really patient and took time to listen, answered my queries and also explained my nails condition and the treatment plan. He was very honest about managing my expectations and one could tell he is very passionate about his craft. Overall was a relax and an informative session. Toto is very personable and knows his stuff - felt assured as well. Two thumbs up!!

I went for a consultation with the podiatrist Jialin at Bukit Timah branch due to my plantar fasciitis and PTTD . She is very professional, she explained my condition in detail and show me some exercises which can helps me improve the condition. The front desk staff Insyrah is nice and friendly too . My orthopedic doctor recommended Physio & Sole Clinic as I had a pulled tendon on my left leg. I visited their Bukit Timah clinic and was assisted by Mr. Yunfeng, one of their physiotherapists. Mr. Yunfeng was helpful and very professional. He took his time to understand my issue and ensure that I was always comfortable with the therapy process every step of the way. I had to visit this clinic due to my ingrown toenail and had to get nail surgery. I was worried at first but the podiatrist was so kind and assuring! It helped to know that she knew all the possible outcomes of the surgery and the precautions needed afterwards! Even the receptionist was patient and kind with me :) I definitely would recommend visiting for anyone going through a similar problem as me!
