Ms Lau has been my physiotherapist since my knee surgery. Recently, had treatment for my shoulder and back due to posture related issues with WFH and carting files back home to work. She is very professional and attentive and accommodating as usual.

Ani not professional. Over charge. After signed package keep passing/throwing me around without my concern and keep paying assessment fee by different physicians even i just come last week same issue. And very pushy you to make appointment. Remember Dont sign package. The centre not a casetrust register but receive prepayment/advance payment. Im victim of it cause they will try to wipe up your packages by forcing you said their policy is start count from your appointment time even waiting time count in, within an hour treatment but charge you by body part not by session(if neck and back connected pain charge x2 of treatment although within an hour session and 3 staff take turn to raise their voice and argue with you to sign and agreed their treatment although they didnt explain/get your concern at first of the charge) and sometime extra 5-10mins (I notice their clock fast 10mims) treatment count as 1 hour/session charge. Be alert! Cause i even heard they arguing with customer and want to charge the customer cancellation fee if they not come or late. What if customer waiting them, will they pay customer waiting there/refund? I think is too much. If the customer recording and sue them, sure they wont refund my package fee also. Seriously bad experience, i wont come again and never ever recommend to friend/family/doctor anymore!

Ai Ni is knowledgeable, patient and professional. Very passionate about what she is doing to help patients achieve their goals. I had a partial left knee replacement and straining my MCL 3 weeks after my op was a setback to my recovery. I am glad I went to Ai Ni for my physio.
