They got you to pay the agency fee first before settling the documents to be signed by the employer and it is too late when you do not agree with certain terms which are onerous. Furthermore, they do not provide any assistance when the helper wanted to resign after working for 3 days. All the actions taken by the agency have shown that they are welcoming / encouraging the helper to do so in order to earn another round of agency fee by transferring the helper out to another employer. We understand that helper has the right to terminate the contract anytime and we respect her decision though we have been treating her nicely. However, how the agent manages the issue is just too unprofessional and my family with 2 very young kids ended up having no helper. It is difficult not to think that this agency is not taking advantage of the current shortage issue arising from COVID.

S	Simple Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agency works only if the agent you meet is good. I must commend on agent Venesse Chia from Katong shopping centre. She deserves more than 5 star rating. She didn’t earn my commission but yet was so helpful in helping me to source for another replacement. I had first engaged a transfer helper through an agent who has left. So no one cares about my replacement till Venesse helped me. She is patient and earnest in getting me my replacement. Her service is excellent. I am fortunate to have met her and got my troubles sorted out. This period is indeed difficult to hire a helper and I’m glad Vennsse made my journey of hiring a helper a less tortuous one.

But I would really recommend the agent, Venesse, who really helped and worked diligently to find a suitable replacement helper for me. She took full responsibility and ownership of a slight mistake at their end, she constantly kept sending me profiles over 2 days, and arranged interviews quickly. Eventually we did find a helper who was with another agent, and for this special case, she even managed to refund majority of the Agency fee that I had paid. Venesse is really pleasant, genuinely trying to help and her language is also very positive and helpful. She really tries to provide quality service and that is really appreciated

Ms. Venesse is a very warm and consistent person who was assistive throughout with a smile. A dependable agency and we are happy to recommend them while wishing them best.

Their service is very bad, I had to keep following up and ask them for updates. And their helper is worst. Within a year, I spent 3 rounds of engagement with them. Their first helper come and don’t want to work for me, forcing me to replace them and the agency transfer the helper. The second helper went MIA after I waited for near to 2months. And lastly, the third helper run away from their agency. After waiting for a year and paid so much, the agency did not provide me with an helper. They are irresponsible and did not do their part to provide me with right helper. Think twice before you engage them.
