Detailed plan and timeline to recovery for post-surgery labrum (shoulder) repair coupled with solid taping techniques and shiok massages to release muscles that over compensate due to inactivity from injury. Well-rounded treatment that placed me on a supported road to recovery.

β β β β β Trevor and Ezora took a 2-year-old shoulder injury that wasn't going anywhere with the hospital sessions, and managed to get me working again, with no pain and range limitation! Long road to recovery, but definitely beats living with a bad shoulder. Thank you!

β β β β β Found Physioconnect when I had a severe pain from my slipped disc. Hospital could not give me last minute appt. Have been going there since then for the past one year as I find that the Therapist is more detailed and even advised me on the pros and cons of going for surgery. The therapist also follow-up with text msg to chk on my condition during circuit breaker period. When I first went there, I was limping and wasn't even able to stand straight due to the pain. Now, I'm able to walk normally and carry my 9kg baby around!
