Ms Evelyn is a very kind and open-minded piano teacher and I highly suggest people to join her classes and learn how to play the piano. A few years ago, I was learning how to play the piano from another piano teacher. She would always make learn songs as fast as possible and would tell me that I made mistakes in my playing without actually telling which part or note I played wrong. I learned there for a few years and still I did not make a single bit of progress from those lessons, so I decided to stop learning how to play the piano from that teacher. I was even contemplating whether I should still continue learning how to play the piano. That was until I found out that Ms Evelyn was conducting lessons at her house, which is not that far apart from my house, so I decided to give her lessons a try. One the first day itself, I understood that Ms Evelyn is a very kind hearted teacher and she always thinks from everyone's perspective. As I started proceeding to even harder songs and pieces, I was having a few problems playing the notes right or with the correct fingers, but even if I had some struggles in my songs or understanding the various notes or even having a hard time to manage my time for piano lessons and studies, she would always listen to my problems and my point of view to better understand the situation and the way I think. Ms Evelyn makes learning piano very fun and easy to learn by using very simple terms to explain complicated things. She also helps you to master songs better by teaching the harder part first, so less time and effort would be required to learn the song. She also uses different methods to differentiate sounds and other things using different colors and annotations to make it easier to remember notes, key- points and even common mistakes which are made. All the instructions and work given by her always has a reason and a good end-result. I would highly suggest new learners and even experienced learners to start having sessions with Ms Evelyn.

My two daughters are 9 and 7 and have the lesson back to back and Evelyn able to accommodate and their lesson adjust accordingly to my daughters need. She very patience with my youngest daughter and able to let her work on her theory while the elder daughter is taking her lesson. I will continue to let my daughters take her lesson and recommend her service.

Ms Evelyn is a committed teacher. She gives 100% dedication to teaching for each session. She is empathic as she makes the effort to understand the student's circumstances and to tailor the learning to meet one's needs. Under her guidance, one would expect to reap much in their learning and to come to love and appreciate music. Also, one would gain more than a teacher with Ms Evelyn as one would find a friend in her as well. I am grateful to have become her student and friend now.

Got to know Ms Everlyn through Google search and sent my son for her piano class at her place. She's very professional, skillful in teaching piano, firm and yet also patient to her students. Few months later, I also let my daughter attended her class. Both of my kids enjoy her piano classes. :)

Teacher Evelyn is a caring, patient and professional Piano Teacher. She always provide timely feedback on our daughter's progress. She is opened for discussion and has a good way to motivate the little ones to do better. We are enrolling our younger son too. Highly recommended!

I studied Grade 6 theory under Ms Evelyn. Ms Evelyn is into detailed teaching. She puts in a lot of effort to teach the subject. Being really patient, she tries to understand which particular points I do not understand, to help me with the learning. She will then ensure that every point is fully understood. She stimulates me to think step by step and to derive the answer myself, instead of telling me the answer upfront. If i need more time, she will go the extra mile to help me. Ms Evelyn uses the work smart methodology. She teaches by using heavy focus on targeted key points, utilizing consolidated concepts and mind-mapping skills. She is really a very passionate teacher.
