Carol is very professional to work with. I find reading sheet music very challenging. She will constantly find ways to help me improve. I enjoy my lessons with her.

I met teacher Carol through Mark from the Happy Pianist. I was looking for a teacher who would be understanding of my son's desire to try out the piano as part of his search for what he is passionate about in life. My son needs learning support and a key part of successful learning for his is the need to be challenged without being too stretched that he will feel discouraged and begin to spiral down. Teacher Carol takes the time not only to set learning goals with my son, but also to really understand how he learns best, and supports him in this way. The results are fantastic! My 11 year-old proudly showcases what he learns at the end of each session, and proactively reminds me when it's time for his lesson for the week. I truly appreciate Teacher Carol's patience and authentic connection with my son and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn piano - young or old. :)

Carol is a versatile teacher and an excellent communicator. Case in point: She takes the time to thoroughly explain musical theory. Even having learnt music years intensively years ago, I can say for certain that I know more about chords now than ever before!

Have really enjoyed my piano lessons with teacher Carol. I can still remember my 1st lesson whereby Carol used a magnetic board with colourful magnets to teach me the intervals of notes. I used to struggle on reading notes but her visual technique has greatly improved my sight reading. Knowing my limitations, Carol applied comprehensive and yet constructive techniques to sharpen my skills. Carol also taught me to play a song in several variations and singing techniques which are not taught by my previous teacher. Thanks for being always caring, patient with me as well as accommodating my work schedules.

Teacher Carol teaches piano to my 2 girls . She is patient & seems to know how to connect well with my kids ( 6 & 8yo. ) They absolutely love the lessons with her as she makes the piano lessons enjoyable for them. I’d recommend Teacher Carol to anyone who wants to learn piano regardless of age !

What more can a Mummy ask for when her young kids look forward to their weekly piano classes and enjoy playing piano? Tr Carol made this happen by having a comfortable learning environment and stress-free vibe during lessons. She is also very experienced and we know that when she could spot common hurdles a student face and address them in advance before the mistakes are deeply rooted. Tr Carol takes the initiative to DIY games and material, making learning a fun and engaging one. Updates are frequently provided to the parents too. Really fortunate and grateful to have Tr Carol's guidance as my kids embark on their piano playing journey!

Ms Carol is a responsible and dedicated teacher. She is also very patient and readily clarifies our doubts. We see a significant improvement in Esther's playing over the last year under Teacher Carol. Esther is also much more enthusiastic, and looks forward to her next piano class.
