โ โ โ โ โ This is something that you couldn't miss if you are around Pek Kio (Owen). Before Chee Cheong Fun became highly sought after in this little red dot, this humble stall has been serving silky soft, made on the spot Chee Cheong Fun. I usually go for their scallop filling as this is not very commonly found elsewhere. The queue sometimes can be a little overwhelming but it's worth the wait as it's freshly made. On a side note: Try looking at the steam emitted from the Chee Cheong Fun steamer, it's quite therapeutic too, while you are waiting for your turn. :p

โ โ โ โ โ Nice chee cheong fun. Freshly made. Do expect a queue even on weekday mornings. ??? I preferred the shrimp chee cheung fun to the chat siew. Shrimp was springy and fresh. ??

โ โ โ โ โ was here for brunch and spammed 1 each of the scallop, char siew and shrimp chee cheong funs. wonderfully done with smooth, silky texture and the right amount of balanced soya sauce. worth the queue if it's not too long!

โ โ โ โ โ Views were mixed about the char Siew and prawn versions. Personally, the prawn had more mouthbite while my sista said it felt flat. Char Siew was tastier but lacked mouthbite. U try and decide!

โ โ โ โ โ It is very rare to find chee cheong fun that is made fresh in the spot, so this is a welcome change. It makes a world of a difference. It is light and so tasty even plain on its own! Even better with char siew. Highly recommend this place. It does get crowded so do go early to avoid the crowd. Itโs also very affordable, definitely worth the five stars!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Freshly made on the spot cheong fun. The rice noodles was oily silky smooth yet resilient enough to be picked up with chopsticks.
We preferred the plain cheong fun as it allows the rice noodles to really shine with the sauce.
Char siew is on the sweeter side but good nonetheless.
Weโve realised we need to mix the sauces around a bit as some parts do get saltier.
