There were 3 manicurists and no customers but I was told to make another appointment and come back another day as they had customers coming soon. Much regrets that I did not have the opportunity to try their service.
S	S J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not visit this Nail Spa. I just wanted a normal pedicure. As would have others nail spa that i went. BUT they judge your feet and also HARD SELL. REALLY HARD SELL. And hard sell to join their member and also to join their package. NOT worth the price. Already told the manicurist that i dont want any additional treatment. i kept turning them down. BUT everytime , more and more of their staff came, had a meeting just in front of me, while my feets were left unattended. just so that they could think of how to hard sell me? which i ended up getting the treatment if not they would not stop. as everytime i reject. they keep offering other things. they wasnt any customers in the shop at my time there. and, they speak mandarin/vietnamese while they discussed how to leaked my money as they thought i would not understand. please do not speak ill or do your evil planning in front of your customers in another language that you thought we would not understand.

Their's service was superb. Nailart was drawn by hand very professionally. They took time to really get their's job done well. Nice and cosy place not as noisy compared to outside nail salons. Also easily accessible from Woodlands mrt. Most important of all, they are not pushy to their customer. They will offer, as a protocol, but they will respect your decision if you do not want to take it. I will definitely come back to this place again. Highly recommended~ ??

But her attitude changed when I didn’t want to buy the package. I didn’t appreciate her remarks. The remarks might be okay for some people but I just feel it was unnecessary.

Pei Pei is very detailed in the process of doing my lashes (everytime). Her work quality is so good that my lashes can usually last for 6 weeks! I would highly recommend Pei Pei to anyone who is looking for eyelash consultant, especially with high expectation.
