★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful large condo with nice greenery. Swimming pool is small and not lap pool. Charge $1 for gym usage. Small little cafe serving malaysian food. Tennis court. Currently being sold enblock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poorly managed condo. Zero cleanliness, the management plays no role. You keep informing them about the dirt or any other issue in your block, it doesn’t get cleaned for months.
The LL’s are charging insanely for the units which are poorly managed, due to old construction regardless of how renovated the unit looks like, everything is falling apart internally starting from leaking roof to cracks in the walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in SG since I’ve moved here over 20 yrs ago WORST THAN HDB!!. Whole condo has serious pests problem, cockroaches, rats, mosquitos. Whole place is dirty n rubbish every where. Cleaning team barely sweep corridor and wash corridor like once or twice a year. Dengue hot zone. Many parts of ceilings at voideck n corridor is falling of. Owners are waiting for enbloc so minimal maintenance n let whole place to rot. Whole place is isolated n have to walk 14 mins to nearest shops.
Thank God I’m moving outta here. 2 yrs are enough.

Calm and peaceful living.
Bus stop is infront of the main gate.
Nearest MRT - 2 Bus stops away and nearby hawker centre is 500m away.
