The food is very good .the hotel rooms are very beautiful . parking space is enough.tge hall is spacious and the staff is very energetic and enthusiastic to hel.
Would really appreciate the efforts of the staff members.really happy with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regent Park! - ?strategically located at Jalan Lempeng ( good class bungalow) in Central West with close proxmity to amenities, educational institutions and malls, sport complex, parks .Rustic estate of good size offers great warm ambience with exclusiveness and privacy. Look ? old old when compared to the newly TOP Nearby Development but it is practically simply designed for great living with full facilities?♀️⛳️?♀️??⛹️♂️?? . Great place to raise children and to retire too ! It within walking distance to Clementi MRT and Clementi Bus Interchange as well Clementi Mall- which house the National Libray and supermarket . Still great place ?to call home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved here for two months for an internship and it's one of the best places to reside in. It's near NUS, it is a walking distance away from the Clementi mall and you wake up to a beautiful view if you live high enough! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo itself is a bit dated and rustic, but the pool is still awesome. It looks especially old now as the Trilinq (a newer condo with modern architecture) is just across the street from this one. It is still walking distance from the Clementi Mall which still makes it a good place to live in (as you are close to a mall, public library, market and cinemas).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is decent place and good condominium. Construction wise it is old but I don't see any issue with that . It has good swimming pool and Gym. Good thing it is near by NUS, Nan Hua primary school, Singapore Poly etc. Only one problem I see there is no grocery shop near by. For every thing you have to go to Clementi Mall. Clementi Mall and MRT are 2 stops away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Condo may be a bit old but very well maintained and clean. Very Quiet and cosy. It's walking distance to Clem MRT & it's Mid point between AYE, PIE, (BOTH WAYS), Commonwealth Ave road. If one road is jam, there's always alternative to ur destination. Super location.
