★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: near to number of schools and acceptable walking distance to MRT. With Mall and wet market within reasonable walking distance. Good maintenance of facilities and carpark.
Cons: some units are not big and high ceiling could be viewed as wasted space. Liveable space is subjective to individual’s needs especially now space is money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One among the best condos in the locality. Such a lovely place for family to stay. This is an apartment so not for tourists. Spaciously separated 3 towers. Huge swimming pool, full size tennis court, barbecue , gym and nice get off lounge. Kids have mini pool, play area, open jacuzzi. Rooms are tightly crafted and well organised. Balconies are spacious, giving pretty good view of city. There is a nice walking track by the canal nearby. People can find exquisite birds, otters, butterflies there. Rents are little up but looking at amenities they are well worth paid. The nearest metro is Clementi, half kilometer away and walkable. There is Clementi mall adjacent to metro station, where you will get all your shopping needs. This apartment is kept so clean and fully secured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by few times. Literally mind blowing when I was welcomed by the grand lobby with full high ceiling. Facilities are full especially the special pirate ship playground. Interesting fact 4th, 14th and 24th have their own open concept area to chill. Breathtaking views. The maintenance of the facilities is nicely done. Maintenance fee is acceptable too. Direct bus to Woodlands, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Eunos and Clementi MRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great condominium location, near major expressways (AYE and PIE). Quiet neighbourhood. And unblocked views of the surrounding area.
Close to Clementi MRT and Clementi central where there are malls and food centres.
Excellent facilities in this condo, such as a well equipped gym and huge swimming pool.
Wonderful place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big place, nice location in the heart of Clementi, near NUSH, Nanhua and Clementi MRT. Definitely a good place to live in. The only drawback is that the pricing is unreasonable for a higher ceiling. Hopefully it will be adjusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a decent home and that it is a convenient place to get from the MRT. There are many different facilities in this condo such as a tennis court and basketball court. It has a nice view of the city area from the top of the condo. It is a very nice place to live and I feel very secure in this condo. The view gets nicer at night and is a good place to live. It is a very tall building too with about 30 stories.
