Ordered Chicken Satay Pizza was on the Sweeter side. Doesn't look like having Pizza experience. Oreo Shake was more like a Ice Crush than a shake

Never eaten from this outlet before ; Giving my review as a delivery personnel. Store is perennially understaffed which results in ridiculous waiting times for everyone involved, from dining in to takeaway to delivery. Some of the staff are indifferent & not welcoming, while some are just plain rude & uncultured. Not surprising that the store is usually more than half empty most of the times.

Pizza taste good, but 50% of the sides are unavailable. Staffs are not rude, not friendly, just don't feel welcomed by the staff. Kids friendly environment and there are plenty vegetarian options.

Ordered online from this outlet 3-4 times and all times were pathetic. All 3 times, the pizza took 2-3 hours to arrive. Last night was the last time I could not take it anymore. After 1 hour 30 min, pizza is still being “prepared”. I called to check and even the customer service could not contact city square Pizza Hut? Funnily, after the call, the app stated that order has been delivered. But no delivery arrived. Called again and customer service had the audacity to tell me that rider could not find the apartment, and had even tried to call us. We received 0 calls. So they even tried to lie?? (And Obviously the order was not even dispatched) After a total wait time of 2 hours 15 min, the pizza arrived. I asked the rider was he lost, and did he even try to call? he replied “I was told to pick this order up only 10-15 min ago” he even laughed as if it is normal that city square Pizza Hut is known for messing orders up consistently. Best part, out of 3-4 orders, in each delivery, there were missing orders. Either drinks were missing (last night) or something was just missing. I was too lazy to call them or even rectify my orders. My previous order, only half of what I ordered came, had to call them and they had to send the order in which came so much later than the already delayed stipulated time. Completely irresponsible and unaccountable! Not too sure what’s happening at the city square Pizza Hut. But it’s pathetic. It will be my last time ordering. Oh and not to mentioned, delivery cost 4 dollars? I don’t know why I had to pay 4 dollars when I had to beg for my orders 4 consecutive times. After last night, I will be writing in. Honestly, worst service I ever had in my life, consistently lol.

Have just finished eating here. Ordered just over an hour ago, got a pizza 10 minutes after ordering ,drinks 10 minutes after that, garlic bread after 45 minutes and a pasta meal at 50 minutes after ordering. Food was nice but the service and wait time are ridiculous. Multiple tables were missing food and had to ask. A few tables hadn’t been given plates or utensils after their food was delivered to them and had to ask. A family with young children in the corner had meal after meal coming out over the entire time we were in the restaurant but still had food missing. Tables not getting cleared. Wrong food and drinks delivered to people. It’s ridiculous.

Extremely extremely rude staffs. The restaurant was very empty even closing hour was at 10 we were ther at 9.15pm itself. A senior staff came out of the kitchen and just shouted at us no dine in even without enquring whether we are here for dine in and take away. We patiently waited for another staff to attend us and he ask to just come tmr and said they kept all their stuff away and going to close even though there was alot of time left for closing.however he still allow for takeways which i dont understnad if all equipments are kept away how can they accomodate to that. If its a busy restaurant and they are unable to accomodate is understandable however with empty restaurant ample of time left for closing rude staffs,pizza hut management of city square should do smething abt it.

Came with my kids. Had issues with checking in due to the network there and then scanning menu didnt work too, not sure why. So in the end had to give manual order. We were all too hungry by the time the food was served. It took too long. And we ordered the Christmas set but after most dishes came, the girl came to us and said that the waffles was sold out (time was around 3pm anyway) so we settled for a chocolate lava cake. What I observed was that it was practically empty but it took so long for the food to be ready. There was a senior working there too who looked like she had too much to handle. I really would like pizza hut management to send more staff to this outlet. On the other hand, the pizza was yummy! It was a visual treat too.

I’m giving out 1 star for the poor senior citizens who was working there. The food was Okay2x. But the service was as slow as tortoise. I’m not making fun of the senior citizens who was working there. But the whole service was super slow. And some of the online paid orders were not detected by their system and we had to ask for it, then they were suspicious we really ordered the item or not, it was quite unpleasant. The pizza manager really have to look into this matter seriously. Oh yes. That’s what I’ve got for my paid drinks. Half of the glass ?
