★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today around 3+pm I went to order 2 fried egg and 2 otah and I requested for sunny side up instead and the tall lady staff straightaway instructed her colleague to prepare for me! Awesome service by this staff really friendly and nice too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered beef nasi lemak. Curry and chilli taste ok. Rice can barely taste the lemak. Served on plastic plate which was miserable, had to hold on to plate while eating (not much weight from contents). Price is not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but the amount of plastic waste is atrocious. One meal is enough to choke all the aquatic life in Bedok reservoir. I'll happily give 5 stars if the management switches to more sustainable serving plates and cups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Only 1 staff manning the store, and she’s talking on the phone with her mask down most of the time. We bought the vouchers from shopback to try, but the bad experience means that this is the last time we trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your only staff after CNY is trying to keep up with the online and store-front orders. The queue is not long, but we have to wait for over 10 mins just to order and another 10 mins to get the order. ??♀️ Better management in store is needed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard drop since late last year. Today try again can't make it the food and drink. Miss the Indian Uncle who make the super nice tea/ginger tea since started for that outlet. If not wrong he work there at city square mall quite long time. Today the tea like lokang water. Disappointed.
