Although the place is very secluded, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Good and extremely fast service. Great product comes out of their kitchen.

Ordered delivery through the pizza hut app. The pizza dough was undercook, thought the pizza will be from the sun plaza branch. The dough was soggy and soft.

My order went haywired. I made payment and received confirmation. I was supposed to receive my order at 7pm, 22/3 but order still not received at 8pm. I called hotline 62353535 six times between 730pm-802pm, no one answered my call and call was disconnected !!! I managed to talk to manager of Jalan Malu-Malu outlet-ANDY. We came back from overseas and need to comply SHN (stay home notice). Andy helped me to resolve my problem and get the order delivered to my place as promised. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ANDY !!!

Apparently since I’m a teenager, they pushed me aside when I was trying to collect my food. I went in and showed them my order through the phone, they didn’t even take a look at me and asked me to stand one side. Then a couple came in to order food and they immediately served them. I just stood there and waited until my father came in and suddenly I was not invisible to them and they decided to serve me.

To Whom It May Concern, Thank you, Pizza Hut, for giving us a great SUPPER on Christmas Eve. Knowing that it is going to busy on Christmas Eve for most catering places, I made a preorder 3 days in advance (21st Dec 2020) for my family dinner to arrive at 7pm on Christmas Eve. What was intended for dinner became supper. We were patient enough to give a first call to Pizza Hut’s call center at 7:30pm knowing the fact that it’s Christmas Eve and there may be too many orders. To our horror, the call person told us that our order got wired to the WRONG BRANCH and it was transferred to ANOTHER BRANCH with 31 orders (these 31 orders were made on that day). The call person told us to wait for about 40 minutes as there were 31 orders IN FRONT OF US. We told her that our order was a preorder, there was no reason that we should wait for 40 minutes and for that 31 orders to be served before ours. The call person said that she will call the branch manager to contact us back. That call NEVER happened. At 8:15 (1hr 15 minutes after our supposedly delivery time), we called back the call center again because there was no call back from the branch manager. After 3-5 minutes of call holding, we finally got in touch with one person from the call center. Guess what? She put down our call. This did not happen just once or twice. I call 4-5 times after that and none of them bothered to listen to our problem and put down the calls. One of the call person also mentioned that they could not access our problem ticket as it was held on by the previous call person (the first person who said that she will contact the manager to call us back, which that call didn’t happen). So none of the call persons that we call after can access our order. What a lousy system PIZZA HUT has. I bet all of you wondered what time the food arrived – 9pm. Pizza Hut has wasted 2.5 hours of our previous Christmas Eve night and has ruined our Christmas dinner. Just want to highlight what are the problems Pizza Hut need to seriously deal with based on the above context: 1. Ordering System Error – Firstly, there is a reason why Pre-order exist. We should not be expecting to wait for our dinner to arrive 2 hours later than what we have expected. The Order System error is Pizza Hut’s problem and not the customer’s problem, so we shouldn’t be the one bearing the consequences of having a late supper and a ruined Christmas mood. 2. Poor Customer Service – The first problem has already angered us so much but the call center person just made things worst by avoiding our calls/ putting down our calls. Isn’t call centers there to solve our problems? Can you imagine how we felt to have the last communicating platform between us and Pizza hut shutting us down? What else can we even do right? 3. Lousy Call Center System – When the first person access the order ticket to solve the problem, the next call center person can’t access to view the order ticket. Just want to say this isolated system is super outdated. Can Pizza hut just change the whole order system? Can you imagine how desperate we were when the last person we can seek help from told us that he/she can’t help us because of the system? 4. Lastly, just want to mention how the branch manager/call person could have arranged with the branch manager to make our order (preorder) next to be delivered out instead of waiting for 31 orders (that were ordered on that day). This is also a big concern if every of the call person/branch manager lack of such flexibility. Just something to note, Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut, the above highlighted issues are not minor. They are systemic issues that need to be resolved in order for you to have a more efficient process. Can’t believe a network of 30 outlets in Singapore has such bad systemic problem. Great location for Pizza pick up if you drive. But the ventilation/exhaust system needs to be fixed. 1 min inside the store, you come out spelling like an oven

Self pick up for your pizza cravings. Picked up our order today only to have found a missing item (garlic bread). Called back in, delivered to us in an hour time despite dinner peak hours. Sadly, Pizza Hut all across no longer provide cheese powder sachet…

50% pizza and wings on Wednesday Delivery order. Order arrived within 30 mins. Satay pizza was good. Worth to top up for. Good deal!! My order was good size for 4 pax. ???? Just a little comment on the website ordering. Wings were also on 50% promo for Wednesday but when added to cart no discount was given. Called up and was told I had to add from the hot deals/promo page. As my order was paid via credit card. I had to request customer service to cancel order and reorder. So I paid twice. Now have to wait 7-14 days for refund of my first order . ?
