★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one person working at the counter .She had to take order.collect payment and to prepare order and serve the customer. Waiting time is more than half an hour.it was week end .Hope that employ more staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This anuty approach us very rudely to us , say cannot bring in any drink.. first time we ok understand but..2nd time with that attitude face towards us..we even brought a set of chicken mashed potato bowl.
After then she called manager to talk us..just because of outside drink..just because of out side drink..with that kind of attitude service ...
management should educated staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It will be much better when the entrance is opened. Due to this dreaded covid 19, the entrance was shut. Otherwise, it's located in a cosy corner of the place. Peaceful to dine when non peak hours.
Enough seats to house about 20+
Diners if full capacity allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management of kitchen causing customers having to wait more than 30 mins(minimally) for orders.
Having short on Crispy chicken proves that the management of the outlet has poor planning and staffing.
If items needs times to replenish, advice could have been given to customers beforehand not before they have ordered.

Previous: One of the cleanest and better KFC outlet in Sembawang/Yishun area. It’s located in Canberra Plaza which is at opposite of the Canberra MRT station. We love the crunchiness, taste and size of their freshly fried chicken and zinger burger set.
