Bad attitude of staff

absolutely unreliable ... order at 6:18 , until now 7:32 , still have yet to arrived !! To : Pizza Hut , if u can't promise what u promise , don't even list it . Now I finally know why pizza hut is dying and dominos is better than pizza hut !

Bad service, trying to order via their app order didnt show up, but on the app stated delivered. Called their hotline and they directed me to the branch manager. Then moments later the branch manager called asking if i received the order i said no i have not, then he hung up right away, without telling me what to expect next. ??? I called back and he is not picking up. What kind of service is that ? Good luck with those who's going to try ordering from their app. It's a gamble, your order might not shows up.

I have been waiting for 1 hour, still msg me waiting some more 20mins , just keep asking me waiting, for those who want to order from this store , pls be more consideration

Try to call the place for so many time. No one pick up the phone. Then walk into outlet for order pizza. While ordering pizza I try again to call the number. Only we can hear it’s ringing. But looks like they off or plug out the cable of the phone line. And the most amazing part 2 guys on the counter nicely enjoying YouTube on the computer at work place and don’t have enough time for attend customers. Bad experience. Management team have to follow up this place. Bad experience. Never recommend for others.

Hawaiian pizza has thick dough base which is my favorite style, eat with balsamico vinegar, yummy!

50%lesser on ingredients when there is 50% OFF offer. Where has all the cheese and chilli flakes go? w/o the cheese, this is NOT PIZZA!

Ordered delivery on a rainy night but it turned out to be horrendous. Absolutely worst choice to have ordered pizza again from pizza hut after 9 months. Total regret. The Christmas super pan was soggy and ingredients fell apart when I tried to lift it. The bbq chicken hand stretched thin crust wasn’t even cut into pieces properly and ingredients were sparse and fell out immediately. The crust and the ingredients were separate and the crust was tough for one, and soggy for the other right in the middle. I felt like I’m eating tough bread. Terrible cooking. Please don’t bother trying unless you want to throw your money away. Not patronising again. I don’t even want to hear any explanation. For this price, I’ve had better pizzas. Oh and before I forgot, there were neither chilli flakes nor cheese packets that came with the delivery. Disaster. No excuse, Pizza Hut.
