★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good flavour and fluffy with the eggs, cooked Long enough and not rushed. If cooked even longer would be perfect as the crust will be even more crisp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually go for white carrot cake but I happen to sit near the stall once and was curious to try it out after looking at the sign displayed prominently at the front that says, "Do not order if you can't wait."
Ordered the $3 version with chilli and requested to add cai poh for an additional $0.50. And boy was I surprised.
The outside of the carrot cake was crisp but not too crispy to the point of like chomping down on a piece of biscuit like some other stalls. And the inside was soft, fluffy and flavourful.
The chilli also did not overpower the taste of the carrot cake and eggs and the savoriness of the cai poh just feels like a match made in heaven.
Highly recommended!
