Came with 4 other friends during dinnertime but the place was full. Staff told us if we were okay to wait or do we wish to split tables. We waited and when we got a table, staff ensured that we were comfortable by getting an extra seat for us at a 4 seater table and answering our questions promptly regarding the 1 for 1 deal. Staff were friendly and approachable throughout. Great service indeed!

Never coming back again. Bad service and bad food. This is not a one time thing, I have given this Pizza Hut multiple chances over several months. Pizza Hut, please quality check your outlets. For the price, the food should taste decent. But it wasn't even decent, I couldn't bear finishing any of the dishes I ordered.

Bad service by UNCLE Eric.. will not come back!! I respect him as he is old. But he's not respecting the guest. We ordered takeaway and I asked if we can sit upon waiting. It is fine if he will say 'NO' but in a good way. However, He said to me 'cannot sit because you will be disturbing us, and there will be a lot of customers going in'. WOOOOW! Are we not a customer of PIZZA HUT?? How will we disturb them when we are sitting?

Contrary to the other reviews, I had a good experience Wei Shen happily seated me , even though it was late and got the pizza customized like I wanted. The only thing was that the drink that I ordered was not available, but since it was after 9, I was happy to purchase the replacement.

This “golden cereal chicken” pizza is absolute horrible. By the way, it’s not even pizza. This is bread with chicken nuggets and stuff on it. Even for bread, this is horrible bread. Even the chicken chunks on it is horrendous. Wow this is so SO bad we are speechless. Why did we even try this for fun after watching the TV commercial. What were we thinking. We also ordered fish and chips on the side. The fish was horrible and the fries were like “fake” fries. Wow we never knew food can get this bad. Unbelievable.

Cannot give 0 stars? Is this restaurant even in service line? Impressive survivability. They don't even put effort to serve you and still get paid. You put effort to pay them and buy their food & service? Joke. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. Come at your own risk.

This was probably the worst experience I had ever had at a restaurant. A few days ago my friends and I went to Pizza Hut for lunch. There was about 5 other groups there who were engrossed in eating their lunch. My friends and I ordered a Hawaiian pizza (personal) for $11.20. In my opinion, not worth the price at all. The pizza was small and overall not up to my expectations. Not too mention the fact that we had to wait for an hour to get the pizza. When asking one of the waiters when our pizza would be arriving as we were in a hurry and had to go somewhere, she told us that it would at least take an hour after 30 mins of waiting. She also proceeded to humiliate us by telling us that this was not a food court in front of many people around us. Talk about embarrassment. When we asked another waiter where our pizza was she brought it out in two minutes. This was not even the worst part. All the people around us had received their food in 20 minutes flat even though they arrived later than us. When I asked the waiter if I could have some water she told me to get it myself. In a nutshell would definitely not recommend this place food was not up to standards given the prices and services was horrible

Very poor quality. I paid $6.20 for a refreshing strawberry tea drink with a fancy description and it turned out to be diluted iced lemon tea! I wasn’t sure if I got the right drink, but the restaurant said yes because there was a little bit of strawberry purée (probably artificial) right at the bottom of the glass… this wasn’t even worth $0.50. It seemed like the restaurant had to cut corners due to rising costs and the quality has dropped a lot. Even the service staff was just 1 elderly man for dinner time.
