★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier taking order is dumb and bad. Instead of calculating via the COMBO order, keyed in ALA CARTE order instead and had to pay twice the amount of the original price. Slow and horrible service. Teach your staff properly please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few staff as most things are done through phone. You scan the QR code located on your table and order your food. First time registering gets you free 4 honey wings.
Quite empty during lunch hour. Good place for student deals and also value meals for sharing. Quite pricey otherwise.
Service was fine, they took us to our table, gave us menus, told us soup of the day, the latest promotion and asked us to order using qr code reader. Food came quite timely and they helped to clear empty plates from time to time.
Overall a good place to go for pizza but more worth if sharing, students or families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic service is provided. The bake seafood rice is bit soggy at the bottom. The mushroom pasta is ordinary with a strong taste of black pepper thus masking the mushroom taste. The seafood soup taste nice. The honey roasted wing save my dinner meal as it is the only food item that is nice. The soup n the bake rice contain chilli flake thus might not be suitable for people who does not spicy food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service! Self collect at this outlet and pizza late for 15 minutes. Retail staff just leave me standing outside the shop. Some other self collect customers were sitting inside. Request to sit in as I carry heavy backpack the allowed enter. Inconsiderate staff and did not apologize for lateness. They even forgot to ask for cash payment from me. I reminded them of the payment.

TASTE: The pizzas from Pizza Hut are nothing special. Simply put, it is just average tasting pizzas to satisfy your pizza craving. It definitely does not have the finesse and taste of pizzas you’ll get from those pizzas cooked in a fire stove. The sides are also decent.
SERVICE: Acceptable. It seems like the outlet is pretty short staffed as there is quite a substantial waiting time even for a self-pick up order. I collected my order after my scheduled pick-up time. Be prepared to wait for a while.
PRICE: At the time of writing, there is a special promotion for $8.90 for 1 pizza and 2 sides. This is really worth it. However, it is known that Pizza Hut always runs promotions, so keep a look out for promotions on their social media channels.
RECOMMENDED: A good place to satisfy a pizza craving. However, this is the most basic pizza you can get, and if you have a little more budget, I suggest going for another brand.
