I came in with a friend for lunch, I was going to order a medium pizza and a couple of drinks but the waitress suggested the “Treat for 2” which includes a medium pizza, 2 appetizers, and 2 soft drinks. It seemed like a pretty good deal so I went with that. I ordered an Hawaiian Pizza, Garlic Bread and Chicken Wings for the appetizers, and a Pepsi and a Root Beer. There are two dining areas here, one up front (the mall entrance side) that will hold about 32 people, and another one at the rear that holds about the same amount. There is also some outside seating out back. While waiting for our order one of the employees started spraying some kind of substance around the floorboards of the dining area, whatever it may have been it wasn't exactly appetizing, this is probably something they should do before opening or after closing. The food arrived in about 20 minutes and it looked good. The pizza was just okay, the wings were good, and the bread was my favorite of the three items I tried here. I noticed on the menu that one of the ingredients on the Hawaiian Pizza was Chicken Ham, now I don't know what chicken ham is but whatever it is it doesn't taste like either ham or chicken, maybe this is what kept the pizza from being any better than just okay. The restaurant looked clean and the service was fast and friendly.

Ordered a personal pan via GrabFood and specified in writing STRICTLY NO CHEESE. But still got cheese on it ??

I ordered 1 my Box at 6.15pm today 10 May 2022. Cashier said within 20 mins. I came back 6.40pm. Was told not ready. Ok i understand bcoz of many ppl ordered this promo.Ppl keep coming and going. Then a chinese lady came and still hers too not ready. She said her order coming of 2 regular size. And she said i came later after you and she showed me her receipt was 6.47pm. And she got her order at 7.10pm. Before i have asked for 3x and the staff keep saying not ready untill i brought out abt the matter and exactly 7.15 pm i got my pizza . And the staff not even borther to say sorry . It is very bad service. It is more than 1/2 hr waiting !! If i never ask they never bother to tell. I know you all busy.. i ordered small one and person after me all got their orders with big orders. 0% /100 .

Do not dine or even bother to order anything from here. Lousy service, food is incredibly mediocre. Nothing special about it. Very slow service and I keep getting served the wrong order when I dine here, even in takeout. Most recent order is when I ordered a Margherita pizza and even pointed it out on the menu to the staff. Staff keyed as Hawaiian and didn't bother to check. Wasted 40+ minutes of my time just waiting for the right pizza, even after correcting them on the order Pizza hut used to be a really fun part of my childhood but now it's just pathetic. I am disappointed.

21 May 2020 - visited outlet through entrance inside West Mall and stood at door for some 10 minutes no staff in -sight to welcome this customer. Eventually I just walked in and found a table. Some minutes later an arrogant female that appeared to be a Filipino cam and threw the menu cards at me abruptly no greeting nothing the said arrogantly use the barcode to order. I told her my mobile phone was dead, she became rude and very impolite. Customers expect to be greeted and for your staff to their job and explain menu and take order. The service today was obnoxious , rude and dis-respectful. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

Restaurant was not crowded on a Friday mid noon. The staff are helpful and attentive. We ordered Christmas special for 3. I think the portion is enough for 2-3 people. Other appetizer and dessert options in the set menu were missing, I was forced to order the remaining item. The quality and taste of food were okay.
