Ordered their 2pax combo through their website. They tried to call me a few times but I didn't notice as my phone is silent. Apparently carbonara only served in their Dempsey store. So we tried their cream mushroom pasta. Delivery is on time, fantastic pasta as the cream is rich and flavorful. Pizza is awesome. Will order it again in future ?

First time seeing the name in foodpanda, I decided to try and ordered delivery. The sourdough pizza tastes amazing! Freshly crusted with fluffy base. Perfect texture and fresh toppings. I am addicted to it . Will definitely order more often. Happy to know such high quality sourdough pizza in the neighbourhood . Love it ! The delivery box is very nice and with lots of thoughts putting on it so I can understand how the sourdough pizza was delicately made .

Great place for glutenfree pizza and dessert. We tried the number 10 in the menu with the glutenfree base. Will definitely go again to try more types of pizza.

Good pizza, dishonest business practices. The pizzas taste really good, no issue with that. But recently they reduced the size dramatically in comparison to what it used to be until a few months ago. In my pic you see the current size. Before the pizza’s crust would basically touch all sides - that’s a huge reduction in size! If you have to worry about inflation in your costs, that’s okay, we all know what’s going on in the world at the moment. But man up about it, tell your customers that you will have to reduce the size to keep the prices the same. Or increase the prices by 10-20%. Or even better, take the opportunity to offer customers a choice: offer a smaller size (Like the one it’s now) at the old price, and a larger size (The old size) at a new cost of +20%. But to just reduce the size and not communicate anything to your customers hoping they won’t notice is just sneaky and cowardly. Secondly, you used to be able to choose a free pastry at Baker & Cook after collecting 5 rewards stamps. Now it’s apparently been limited to “just what’s in the top display”, which means croissants, pain au chocolates and similar items. No more cakes, no more brownies, no more bombolini, etc. And all to save $2-3 per redemption. Was this change announced and publicly shared with your customers before it got implemented? No, of course not, instead you just decided to go ahead and who cares what your customers think. And then as a customer one turns around and sees a plaque on the wall with some mission statement about wanting to become the world’s best bakery chain that’s a fun place for both your staff and your customers to be at. Well, that’s not how you go about achieving that. Disappointing!

We love the sourdough pizza here! Got the one with Parma ham and the other with the lamb meatballs as takeaway. Would love to dine in next time to try it piping hot and fresh ❤️

This place never disappoints. We have dined in at the restaurant which is nestled amongst a very calm and peaceful neighbourhood. The garlic bread is one of the best I have ever had. The mushroom pasta and the vegetarian pizza are AMAZINGLY fresh and authentic. Cherry on the cake was the french toast! My mouthbwaters everytime I think of it. I particularly like their customer service as well . Very attentive and patient staff. Very happy with this place and one of my top 3 Italian places in Singapore.

First time ordering pizza delivery from here. We got the #8 and #9 which is $26 and $25 respectively on the Foodpanda app. Still piping hot when arrived, smells so good. Love the dough but the centre of the crust is soggy - not able to pick up the pizza slice without it flopping over and toppings falling off. Attributing it to the delivery. Hoping it will be better if we visit the physical restaurant and dine in.

Nested within the Opera Estate suburb, one would expect Plank Sourdough Pizza to be a sleepy hole-in-the-wall. To my surprise, it was cosy yet humming with life through my visit. The steady stream of customers were there for the freshly fired pizza and bread, just as I was. The food was delectable (though serving portions had shrunken, no doubt due to inflation, according to my friend who is a regular here). Service was warm and thoughtful - a very nice lady in her forties/fifties served us our food and made small talk with us. The vibes were calming and chill, giving the place a holiday atmosphere, even though I cognitively knew I was still in sunny Singapore.
