I wanted to purchase some business casual outfits so I asked the staff as to what blouses they had cause I couldn’t find any and I was referred to a denim jacket section ??♀️ I can’t seem to understand the similarity between a blouse and a denim jacket. Long sleeves? Whereas for their trousers/pants, the quality is terribly crumpled. Playdress, what’s up with your trousers/pants selection?
So if you’re looking for business causal or formal outfits, Playdress isn’t the place for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience- been in the queue for first time and found size only in plaza Singapura but customer service Li QI insisted even if made full payment for the goods n collect at plaza Singapura cannot try the size for other colour. Three long queues for 3 clothes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever at Tampines one mall front desk staffs Liqi and Qiza. Very rude to customers who were trying the dress and asking for another size to try . Their facial attitude were like we are trying to steal from their store .

When i am requested to take for another size to try, both of them said they can not take and their behaviors are really bad to customer.
That was the most terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that offices are opening up, my wife was looking to buy some office wear and confused where to buy from. A friend suggested to checkout Playdress and my wife loved it there. They had a good variety for semi formal clothing and at decent price point. Will definitely visit again.
