It’s great CS service from the phone when checking stocks one of the girl Ling Zi was courteous even though I request to cancel the stocks. Even though it’s far traveling to Tampines.

Their clothings are generally pretty, sales associates are helpful. Been patronizing their stores mainly the tampines and bedok outlet and bought a decent sum of clothes. They are very willing to let customer try the pieces, good patience level. Would even recommend types that suit customer preferences. Not sure with the negative reviews, but overall every visit to their store is a pleasant one.

was served by a middle aged female staff today and she tried hard selling me with new arrival clothes but i rejected all of them. At first very polite all but when i decided to buy only one item, her tone all changed. When paying, I gave her a $30 voucher and was trying to look for the remaining $2.90 and yet she had to say “give me $2.90” in chinese and the tone was so demanding lol. She was literally asking for it as if i owe her a living lmao. Plus the way she handled the cash transaction is so wrong because initially i thought i gave her $0.80 already and was trying to find that $0.10. After giving her $0.10, she said i have to give her another $0.10 as i only gave her $0.70. She should have repeated the amount after i gave her the coins instead of keeping quiet and putting all the coins inside the cash drawer while i was finding the remaining amount. Moral of the story, only rich people will be treated well.

Pushy staff. I took 2 tops in the fitting room to try and she kept throwing in more clothes and say 'just try'. One of the bottom she recommended didn't suit my body shape and she looked at me as if I'm stupid saying it is supposed to be tight and unlike what I was wearing at the moment (I was wearing comfy baggy pants), assuming I do not know how to wear body fitting clothing. Her attitude got worse when I decided to purchase only one item. Overall, their items are overpriced and the service does not justify the price too.
