β β β β β Useless. Unfriendly fella at the counter!!! The spectacled fella ...Taking pre loved switch games. Some even brand new for only $5 each. Reason? Because some of this games are out some time back.. do u think i am stupid? Other stores are still taking them for 30$ and above... what a rip off... avoid !!!

β β β β β This place is basically a wallet drainer. all prices of tcg and games are overpriced. For tcg, people pulled bad cards. they also suspect this store scammed them by repackaging the products and filtered the packs at the counter which I agree. do not buy from this store products like tcg and games. their "own" packaging also ruins the product if you want to keep it sealed cuz they put tapes and unnecessary thing on the product.

β β β β β A great place for games affecionados. However unless there is innovation coming, I am afraid the business may not survive over the long term. They may consider games rental or moving to online to save on rental costs. Cheers.

β β β β β Few days back , I went to PLAYe store in AMK Hub. Was looking around for Christmas gift but couldn't seems to make the decision. Then a staff approached me and upsell me about the tamagotchi that is undergoing some promotion when I buy 3. The staff that served me was very friendly and he took all the colours available for me to choose, and told me to take my time and choose (as i am quite an indecisive person). I had a great time shopping Christmas gift there for my friends! Save a lot of hassles for me! Thank you!

this shop is loosing business from me for good since I called to request them to wait while I took taxi rushing over from paya lebar. I reach there at 9.49pm you indeed never wait till 10pm when your shop indicated close at 10pm.

β β β β β Went down to PlayE this afternoon to do some last minute xmas shopping. I've been trying to get my nephews some Pokemon cards, and the staffs are friendly and patient enough to offer assistance and explanation. Managed to select the correct decks, thanks for the pleasant shopping experience! :)

I purchased 2 copies of Nintendo Switch games from Play-E @ AMK Hub today.
When I unpacked the games, I found deep scratches at the side of the cases, likely to be cut by something sharp. I also found sensor tags inside the cases.
I believe the staff probably used a penknife to cut the packaging open so that they can place the sensor tags in.
While I respect the company's protocol, it is very disappointing to receive my purchases in this state when they are supposed to to be brand new.
This is the first and my last purchase from them as I strongly believe that it is not a isolated issue.
