The best is he even encourage to put bad comment, it's a SERVICE business.
Maybe he is just an employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a handheld fan (with chargeable battery) from Rivervale Mall outlet. Few days later when I started using it, I found out that the charger inside the box didn't fit the fan. I went back to the shop and was given an exchange. Few weeks later, the battery could not be charged hence the fan could only work on electrical power directly. I returned to the shop and was pleasantly surprised to be given an exchange! The couple (about middle-aged) was really nice and friendly. Great customer service! I will certainly patronise the shop again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here looking for a birthday gift for a friend of mine and was amazed by the wide range of products available, especially the balloon selection! The young gentleman was very helpful and helped me make this beautiful Princess Belle balloon bouquet that my dear friend is still very much in love with. The helium filled balloon lasted for a good month and she recently returned to the shop to get it refilled with helium gas which is a service offered by them. Thanks man! I'll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended.
