PlayFACTO School @ River Valley (Student Care) - 476 River Valley Rd

I really like this student care that my child attend. The student care not only focus on academics but also the well being and character development of the kid where they have different themes every month. My child enjoyed the holiday program a lot too where they also have gourmet class. It is definitely a student care I would recommend to my friends.

Great after school care. The whole center gives a warm vibe so easing into this center wasn't tough for my child. The teachers were kind and provided updates regularly. The center regularly checks on the students homework as well as upcoming spelling, ting xie. We are thankful for this support. On top of that, the center teachers went the extra mile to protect the kids even when the setting is not within the school compound. My child related a previous incident where there were some bullying taking place on the school bus. PFS teachers stepped in and tried to mitigate the situation with school bus students. This is truly going beyond !

Playfacto at River Valley is an excellent after school student care for our two children. The teachers are very caring and always have the children’s best interests in mind. It offers a home like environment, homework support and enrichment programmes. They are open during school holidays which is very helpful for working parents & offer a fun holiday programme. I feel very reassured that the children are being well looked after by the very caring staff.

PlayFacto in my view provides an outstanding learning environment for our child. Our child enjoys every day there and love the teachers. Our child was able to settled in and connect quickly with the teachers and new friends. The teachers were on task with homework, spelling and 听写, we simply send them the list and they get it sort out automatically. We get WhatsApp update on the words we need to follow up with our child. As for homework, it’s all settled in PlayFacto and we get to enjoy quality family time after. Home Based Learning tasks were carried out smoothly. During the June holiday they had weekly line up of interesting activities. On days we did not send our child to the center, they send out invite for zoom session with our child for online engagement during some of the activities. The center is small but this in turns helps provide for a close knitted caring environment where everyone knows each other. Teacher engagement is fantastic and their door is always open. We are able to talk and feedback freely during pick up time or else they are just a WhatsApp away. We also like it when teachers made effort to correct our child’s behavior and feedback to us on it. Reports on out child’s performance and progress are provided in written form on the worksheets. There is also itemized log of daily activities that we received at the end of each term. We are delighted that we made this decision.

Thankful we found Playfacto School.? Teachers are very well trained and the kids have a good variety of things to do while they are there. Day to day, I do not have to worry too much about his homework or spelling test. CB period virtual lessons - really appreciated, took the pressure off us, Alden especially liked the science experiments :) The holiday programmes they have are entertaining and engaging. Creative Math class was fun for Alden too!

A great environment and big thank you to the teachers who genuinely care for the students. They have helped me greatly in monitoring on my child's work academically. The extra curriculums like creative math and robotics are engaging too!

My child loves attending Playfacto. She made friends right from Day 1 and we didn't need to worry about homework or upcoming spelling etc. Apart from those requiring parental participation or are digital in nature, she had no trouble completing what she needs to at student care. The centre also works with parents to nurture positive behaviours in children. Someone in the review section mentioned the virtual sessions during the circuit breaker period. I'm grateful for this as well since it kept my girl busy while I worked. She looked forward to the engaging sessions all the time.

Great teachers and responsive center manager Sally. The teachers were able to connect with my boy well and set incentive for him to do better. Their creative maths and robotics/ coding program were both well received by my boy. Holiday program are interesting as well. So glad I found playfacto to take care of my son’s academic needs and provide a fun and safe place for him during his school hols program. Food served are yummy too as my boy shared he often have 2 servings :) thank u!
