I have worked with Angela for over a year now - and I'm still going back for more. Angela understands my needs and fitness goals and crafts workouts that have helped me tighten up and get super strong ready for my wedding. No two workouts are the same, and I leave feeling (exhausted....) and energised - she is always positive and pushes me to work harder, but also recognises where to modify exercises to get the best out of me. I love going to Rising and Angela - it's a great vibe where everyone checks in and wants you do achieve your fitness goals!

I trained with Caroline and it was very very satisfactory. I used to have chronice neck and shoulder pain that flared up whenever I tried to work out, but Caroline found out the cause and helped me to train without aggravating the pain more. She is very attentive and will know if I can push myself more or I should stop. Great trainer!

Zac is the best personal trainer (turned friend) I could have ask for! I've been working with him at Rising Personal Training since 2019 (with other gyms in between due to travel) and the care, attention and dedication Zac has towards my goals, health and safety is really really hard to find elsewhere. He's always fully present and 100% engaged during sessions - keeping a keen eye on my form, suggesting tactics and tips to improve, and encouraging me to progressively challenge myself. Outside the sessions - he helps create personalized at home routines based on equipment, advises me on nutrition and suggests healthier food intake choices, and is always there if I have questions or reschedule requests. The Rising gym is also spotless and excellent. You can tell that Zac and the others have poured a lot of love into creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and take a ton of pride in the quality of the gym. Capacity is always managed and you're able to really push and get a great workout in (often for as long as you need beyond the hour). I heard of Zac and Rising Personal Training through my friend's strong recommendations and I have whole-heartedly recommended the same to all my friends.

Kevin helps me stay motivated and disciplined which is important for me as I am excellent in finding every excuse to not workout! He tailors the exercises and intensity levels around my sporadic back and neck issues which is hugely appreciated. Looking forward to getting in better shape before my summer break. Thanks Kev!

I strongly disliked the idea of working out at a gym until I joined Rising. Angela took me under her wing and in 3 months, she’s inspired and supported me to meet my goals, follow a healthy nutrition plan and most importantly to have fun and enjoy my time at the gym! She also provides support offline, checking in regularly and suggesting home workouts. I now consider myself educated, energised and empowered ? Special shout-out to Jermyn who trained me for a couple of weeks when Angela was out and quickly found a rhythm with me. The rising facility is clean, sanitized regularly and well equipped. It’s smaller than other chain gyms but the warmth and friendless from all the trainers makes you feel alike you’re part of a family.

Have been training with Benedict Yeong at Rising Personal Training for over a year and loving it. I had never lifted weights before and Benedict has helped me get into it and I feel I have gotten a lot stronger through the sessions I have had. He has also help me focus on my nutrition and together with the exercise regime I feel the difference in my body. The facility, location and trainers are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in their personal well being. Many of friends have joined Rising Personal Training and are benefiting from it.

Never really exercised consistently or had a personal trainer before. Started with Benedict a year ago and have seen the benefits both in terms of strength as well as helping me with some chronic issues. He took a holistic approach including strength and nutrition (also building in my cycling routine) to best achieve results. Strongly recommend Rising + Ben
