Really taken worries off customer's concerns and thank you for your kind understanding (which you probably wont get from other brands such as heart-to-heart terrible service etc). Poh Heng really is a trusted stable brand!

Friendly staff but ultimately poor service. Poh Heng refuse to resize their own rings once sold. We bought our wedding bands from them weeks before our marriage ceremony. Upon collection, I found mine to be at least two sizes too big. Regardless how the size was incorrectly determined with the help of their sales team, we had to accept it as it was because there was not enough time to rectify it before our wedding. Later, I went back to them to see if they could help to make the ring smaller and a better fit. I was told the only option I had was to trade it in for a new piece of a different design, as the one I bought was no longer being made. I found it absurd that one had to give up a memorabile of such significance just to correct an error in dimensions. I had since visited multiple outlets of Poh Heng and got pretty much the same response. In the meantime, I had to use a plastic spring around my wedding band to keep it from falling off. Luckily, I recently found a local goldsmith to help me resize the ring. It took only a couple of hours to do so and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Why Poh Heng wouldn't do the same is beyond me and I can only see it as total disregard for their own customers.

Gave 5 stars for the consistently friendly service by the different staff at Poh Heng IMM. First was my request to repair an old white gold necklace which had broke at the clasp due to wear and tear. The necklace was bought over 10 years ago but the Poh Heng staff was able to identify and mend it with no charge (waiting time about 1-2 weeks). There was no pressure for me to buy anything from the shop, though she just only mention one time about some promotion they were having. Second was most recently when I wanted to enquire about cleaning a gold ring which was bought almost 20 years ago. The staff suggested no need to clean as the ring was not dirty at all so it was not necessary to send for cleaning. Initially i thot maybe she didn’t want to put in effort to service customers but she continued to patiently give me tips for maintenance. And even though there was nothing needed to be done for the ring, the lady still gave me a new box and paper bag to take back, as the original box was a little worn. She did so despite me not buying anything from the shop. Again, she did not pressure me to buy anything which was great. Not sure about other jewellery brands but so far, the post-sales service from Poh Heng has been very satisfactory.
