When we first started toilet fixture hunting, we didn't know the difference between all the types of toilet bowls, sinks, shower sets. Tried looking online, but couldn't find much... We went to a few well-known shops in Geylang and Jalan Besar, but no one told us anything, until we stumbled into this shop. Shu Mei was really patient and casual sharing with us the considerations for the fixtures, like why you shouldn't get toilet bowls flushed to the wall and what to consider for easy cleaning (which we were particular about)...etc. And the prices are reasonable too. We left without purchasing anything at first as we still wanted to think about it. After a week, we came back and bought all our toilet fixtures and kitchen tap with them. She also checked the technical requirements to make sure it fits with our toilet. The delivery was well arranged and everything came in order too. Thank you so much, Shu Mei!

Bought toilet bowl, shower and kitchen sink a year ago. Good service from Shu Mei and Uncle Benny. After sales also good as they helped rectify some faults one year later. Help to arrange supplier, provide videos to fix things, etc. Highly recommended. Price also reasonable

Just got all my toiletry fittings and kitchen fittings from GR link! Uncle Benny and Shu Mei were so helpful and understanding of us being first time home owners, and their service from the get go was 10/10 personable and reliable!! We even had to change some fittings after placing our order and Shu Mei always called to update us and ensured we had peace of mind. Their after sales service is awesome as well, and this is really appreciated because we've encountered some places where it could be really cheap but you can tell the staff is not interested in helping you build your home. Their items are affordable as well, and I would be recommending this place to all my friends and family who are looking for their fittings! Just to add, even when they deliver the items to our new home, they labelled every single item in line with the invoice.. it just shows how meticulous they are in their work. This long review is about 11 years late but better late then never! I had previously bought all my kitchen and toilet stuffs from uncle Benny and Jasmine. I remembered both of them as being very friendly, no hard sell and prices for their products as very reasonable. Subsequently recommended some of my friends to purchase from them as well. After 11 years, due to wear and tear, some of the stuffs needed to be replaced. One of it was my kitchen waste sink. Due to the small size, not many hardware shops were selling. Travelled across the whole of Singapore and visited many hardware shop but none had the same size. As a last resort, being desperate, I called up uncle Benny on a Sunday. Despite being his rest day, Uncle Benny assured me it was fine. I told him my problem and his first response was “ you should have come to me instead of running around. Whether you bought things from us 1 day ago or 10 years ago, it is still my responsibility to serve you. Even if you had only bought 1 item from me, there is no difference, I will still help you.!” This to me was customer service at the very best. What else could I have asked for? Uncle Benny told me to send him pics of my sink and if possible the receipt he had issued 11 years back (luckily I had kept!). The very next day uncle Benny told me he had checked the price from supplier asked me if I am ok with the price after which he proceed to order a set for me. Visited his shop on a Sat to collect the waste sink. We chatted like old friends; I asked about his business due to the pandemic and he asked me how are things. Special mention to the lady who had served me ( forget to get her name but not Jasmine. I realised she was the one who had called the supplier). She showed me how to fix the waste sink. Before leaving, uncle Benny told me call him or what’s app him should I have any problem fixing the waste sink myself. Customer service beyond words. Would truly recommend to anyone looking for kitchen and bathroom stuff! Thanks again uncle Benny!
