โ โ โ โ โ was there quite a while ago to see orient watch. A lady attended to me. They had a wide collection of japan watches. I inquired the price of a few model, the price she gave was way off from the online price. She tried to rip me off. I didn't bother to bargain with her. The shop still has the china business mentality - take the opportunity to make a kill when possible. So when you buy from them, you always think, did I get a good deal? If it is a good deal at cheaper price, then is the watch legit? So, i would rather pay a bit more to buy from an official dealer and have peace of mind.

โ โ โ โ โ Purchased a Seiko Sumo online. Price and shipping are excellent. Unfortunately the watch was either damaged in shipping or manufacturing so had to return for a different watch. Skywatches too care of the swap quickly. Thanks :)

โ โ โ โ โ What an amazing this places is. The boss is master in watch repair. Managed to diagnosis the problem with this old watch that is of sentimental value. Not only he was able to fix, he cleaned, lubricate and change the gaskets. Great service! Will be coming back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought an orient star from them. Showed me a blue orient star box similar to the one in the picture. Trusted them to do the billing and packing while I went to the toilet.
Unfortunately, I did not notice they swapped the box out when I got back, the box clearly is not an orient box until I got home and took out the box and realised it's a normal orient box.
Luckily it's not a gift for someone else and I can't be bother to argue with them about a box. It's just disappointing how they can skimp on a box, I now wonder about the authenticity of the watch though it looks genuine. Upon looking up the orient website in Singapore, Skywatches is NOT listed as an authorized dealer.
Service is not the best but not terrible, depending on which one you speak to. Price seem to be pretty good but will probably avoid this place unless the price is far cheaper than other places.

โ โ โ โ โ Recommended polishing, halfway told me he couldnโt get the job done. My crystal was badly scratched. Just said he wonโt charge me for polishing and thatโs all.
look at the bezel, worse than before
A quick update: sent back to Cartier, got my gorgeous little watch back,cost me a fortune.

โ โ โ โ โ A wonderful shop for looking for Japanese watches (Seiko, Casio, Orient, Citizen). I had a good purchase of a Seiko 5 sport automatic at just Singapore dollars 107. Highly recommend this place for who wants a watch at reasonable price.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff is very attentive and professional. So is their service - excellent. Sent my watch in for a quick dial service and polish and they told me there was a slight issue with the day-date function. Went back the next day to get it fixed and they actually did it foc. I was alr prepared to pay.
Highly recommended. Definitely sticking with them after my first experience.
