My parents were keen to get a Rolex so my friend, Dr Davy Goh brought me to KHH. We were served by a friendly salesperson Gary Chia. He is absolutely patient and knowledgeable as he explained the watch features to us. He also took out the different watches just so we could compare the sizes and color. I am certainly impressed by his meticulous service. As there was a Vesak Day Special, luck was on our side as we managed to secure a Rolex for my mother! Really appreciate Gary’s detailed service as he adjusted the bracelet for my mother. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends if they are keen to buy a watch! When i was making payment, the manager, Janet attended to me. She was very patient to let me use multiple credit cards for payment. She was also very professional and polite during the whole process. All in all, we felt very welcome in KHH. Excellent customers service from manager to staffs.

Staff is well trained to handle all queries. All the staff are very friendly and are willing to answer any question you have, making sure you feel at ease and most importantly, not rushing you through so as to serve the next customer in line. Was well served by JD Chin, who is patient in explaining and gave his advice on the size fit etc. Very happy that I got my first Rolex from this reputable shop, and looking forward to building a long lasting watch journey with KHH for both my husband and myself. This was my first experience purchasing a Rolex. Kee Hing Hung made the whole experience magical and memorable. I was really fortunate to meet Mr. Max and his team. They were very professional and humble. I was put in the care of sales advisor Gary who took the extra mile to share and explain the stories behind Rolex and the brand's various models. I was thinking of getting a Rolex watch. Thankfully, my friend, Dr Goh introduced me to his Sales Advisor, Mr Gary. Mr Gary’s service was top notch and was attentive to details. Even though, I wasn’t a customer yet, as I was put on the waiting list due to the high demand for the watch, the service standard of Mr Gary consistently exceeded my expectations. The viewing experience was great such that I brought my sister along with me during the next visit. Great job to Mr Gary. It was a great pleasure to be attended by Mr Gary. One of the more reputable authorised distributors for Rolex. Conveniently located at People’s Park complex. The shop was well-decorated, bright and clean. I was attended by Sales Advisor, Mr Gary Chia. Overall quality of service, was great from him. He was well-versed in his knowledge of watches. And he would go the extra miles to make the customers at ease. His recommendations of the choice of watches for me and my friend, were perfect. We loved the watches he recommended. No questions was too difficult or too troublesome for him. He even took some time to explained the GMT features of my friend’s Rolex watch that she bought 10 years ago. Do note that the available stock for Rolex watches had been very low recently. So if you happened to get a watch that you fancied, you had to get it fast. Wonderful experience at the store! And with Mr Gary’s warm service and excellent customer oriented service- greatly enhanced the Rolex shopping experience! Thumbs up!

Last week I had two missed calls from my SA, I did not expect the watch to arrive this month. I was very happy and brought my wife to the shop this last weekend to get her first watch and its our anniversary gift. She absolutely loves it. Here really want a big shout out to our best SA. His professional and friendly service is what I have to say, the best. He kindly suggested the nice restaurant nearby for us. I remember the article I read on Zaobao about the history of Kee Hing Hung. It took a lot of effort to establish this business back in the days. Now I can see the team continues the business legacy bringing the best service and product to us. Looking forward to coming back again!

Thanks for bringing back the good old days with showcases filled with watches. The feeling so is surreal, to be able to try on the watches and understand more through sharing of product knowledge by the staffs. Giving my overdue review for the store now. The human touch of the staffs made the key difference in the customer’s experience. And it has been a wonderful experience interacting with my Sales Advisor, Gary and his manager Janet. They have exceeded beyond my expectations in terms of service, professionalism and knowledge. The layout of the store gave a bright and classy feel, which well reflected the Rolex brand. You can always pop by the store to visit and to try out the watches (if any). Here, you can see the difference in service and quality standard between them and other stores. Do note that you may have to be very patient if you cannot get your watch, because the stocks are very limited and the demand are extremely high.
