Indicated delivery time 6.45pm - 7pm however the food was 1 hour late and there were no messages or any form of communication attempt to let me know that it is arriving/late. I have ordered 7 items, out of the 7 items, unfortunately there was 1 order with missing add on as indicated in the receipt. The taste of the food was average but the lateness had ruined my family's appetite. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating based on food quality and not my dine in experience. Food quality is consistent with other poke theory outlets! Located on the 1st floor of an industrial building, this poke theory stall is not a standalone shop but is instead part of a shared kitchen. The only way to order your food is through an online menu which also features food from other shops who share the kitchen. Payment to be made online via your credit card and you can collect your food from a locker when it's done. Zero human interaction. There is a common dining area if you would like to eat there. I would think that this "outlet" was set up to cater to the burgeoning number of online food orders - plenty of delivery riders coming in and out and sitting around waiting to collect their orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Deliveroo. Even though the restaurant is 10 mins ride from us, it was out for delivered for more than 40 mins and we still have not received our order. Cannot call restaurant because it’s constantly engaged. I’m not sure how we could get our food now.

i love their chocolate acai bowl too, must get for dessert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from them via Deliveroo at 659pm. It’s 845pm and I still don’t know where my food is. Line was constantly engaged. And apparently they have closed. And it’s only nearby. Understand that extended delivery can’t be tracked, but this is the first and last time I’m ordering from here. Poor experience. And just saw similar experiences from other customers.
Update: my food just arrived but was delivered by someone from Grab though I ordered from Deliveroo. That’s ridiculous. Maybe don’t list yourself on Deliveroo if you have difficulty with the delivery process?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poke theory at tampines. Price is decent and delivery was also on time. We ordered through grab food. However seems like they didn’t give utensils. Overall would order again if we are craving for poke bowls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Poke Theory via Deliveroo last night. I ordered 2 tuna bowls. One was correct, but the other was not - they gave me the salmon bowl instead of tuna. I contacted Deliveroo about this but Deliveroo essentially said they couldn't do anything about it - no refund, no compensation, nothing. Needless to say, this will be my first and last time ordering from this eatery - which could not even get a basic order correct, and my last time ordering with Deliveroo.
