Eating in the area with nice cool air-conditioning and chill music complete the meal. A different way to have my prata fix haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makan Express insulted my religuous belief by sending beef satay to me on 3 ocassion despite my reminder that i dont eat beef as i am a buddhist .
Yet 3 out of 3 orders makan express delivered to me BEEF SATAY INSTEAD OF MY ORDER FOR KETUPUT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On multiple occasions when I ordered through a food delivery app they missed out on items in the order and even gave the wrong order on one occasion. On the last occasion that I will ever order from them I waited for more than 3 hours and they didn’t deliver my food at all... yet I was already charged! Please improve your customer service... When I called up the restaurant they said my order was for 5pm when on the food delivery app it clearly says for 10.45am. At that point they can still say no rider available. So I cancelled my order through the app and they didn’t even give me a refund and I had to make a dispute several times. Never again ordering from this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered delivery from them through food panda. And I'll have to say it is really amazing. The food was pretty good. But I was amazed by how well they packed everything. Ordered thosai and prata and it was all packed in plastic containers, Even the curries too! No string plastics or brown paper, so much easier to just dine in straight from the packaging. We ordered Ginger Teas, it was well packed into disposable coffee cups with cling wraps around the cup to avoid spillage. Really appreciate the detail they put into packing their food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order twice (3 rd and 5th Sept 2020) through grab waited for 1.5 hour but no delivery . No one picks my phone. when contact grab they said delivery handled by partner and grab CC also not getting any response and helped me to get it cancelled.
