★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ordering food from Wolf Burgers. Told to wait for 54mins for order collection on GrabFood. That's not the worst part. Went down when order was ready to collect, but told to wait another 15mins because there's a 'glitch' in the system. Am still waiting for the food even after 15mins. Would not order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible experience! Placed a request online for delivery of burgers around 8.30pm. Got confirmation that food will be delivered by 10pm. Got an email at 9.09pm that food is ready in store. After that complete silence. No news of food or any update on delivery. Phone number went to voice mail. Finally got a response on email at around 10.30pm. Got told that they have no clue on where the food is as of now and the best they can do is refund the money paid online.
Seriously, is that the way to run a food chain.
These guys are just interested in picking up orders without investing in any backend infrastructure.
Sorry Wolf Burger team but now I will have to go looking for food at 11pm. All because of YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is nowhere to put in a review for the expo branch but I ordered their order on 1/2 thru their webpage. Reflected as processing and accepted my credit card details. I thought pick up at 6pm as scheduled. However, when I reach timbre+, low and behold, store was closed. When I check the webpage again, my order was reflected as "cancelled". What atrocity is this? Be forewarned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the price. A bit scamy to be honest. Stale tough bun, overcooked unseasoned patty (what’s the point of asking the doneness on the grab app when all burgers turned out well done…), and miserable portions of ingredients (like the non-existent caramalised onions in your signature burger). Only saving grace was the fries that was still crispy and soft on the inside.
Please don’t bother with this burger. Save your stomach and just head to macdonalds instead, better worth your money and fill.

No email confirmation.
No SMS confirmation.
Only started to prepare order when I reached Tampines outlet because the order was not reflected on the status screen, counter staff had to take a picture of the order screenshot and ask kitchen, then started preparing.
More than 45min wait.
Burger poorly made.
Very poor experience
