! I asked for color similar to my natural color (to hide white hair). After 2 hours, i ended up with a very light color and moreover the color was not poroperly put up to the root. The result was a disaster !
The hairdresser suggested to darken - wich is an extra 30mins at least and extra money.
In the end 5 sgd discount on the total price only.
Extremely disappointed.
