โ โ โ โ โ Iโm afraid of Dentist since young, and it was a never pleasant experience ever. However, entering polygems today changed my whole perspective of it. I was Literally shaking entering the clinic. But boy oh boy, Dr Chua and staffs did a hell of job calming my nerves down, distracted me to ignore the fact Iโm in a Dental clinic, and definitely did one fantastic job for my 2 wisdom tooth extraction.
I donโt usually do reviews, but the experience today, and the service level was way beyond my expectations. Thank you Dr Chua and team.

โ โ โ โ โ As a healthcare professional myself, I find Dr. Chua is a very skillful & professional dental surgeon and ranked first among many dentists I had seen before.
He was recommended by my cousin who saw him at Polygems Dental Care (Seletar) and Dr. Chua removed my cousin wisdom teeth painlessly. Personally, I am very afraid of dentists but Dr. Chua was able to give me comfort and removed my wisdom teeth painlessly like what he did for my cousin.
Highly recommend dentist (Dr. Chua) for wisdom teeth removal.

โ โ โ โ โ Did a search online regarding the operation hours. Reach at 1625 hrs, with the tag showing "open" but saw no one at the entrance thought the counter staff was busy or in the toilet. Tried to open then door discovered was locked. Called the number on the note pasted on the door but no one answered. Till 1845hrs nobody called back. If you are not sincere with providing emergency services or dental services please remove the note or closed down the clinic altogether.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited Polygems yishun branch 1 month ago. Had my wisdom tooth removed via surgery. Dr chua is very detailed spend quite sometime to explained the treatment procedures & the risk involved before the surgery. the procedure is painless, my healing period takes about 1week plus 2weeks. Dr & staff are all very friendly & polite. Highly recommend this clinic! Will definitely come back for my routine cleaning ;)

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Chua is definitely one dentist you need to meet. He is very detailed in his explanation, guides you through the 3 processes, ensures that you are prepared for what's coming up and he does it with a great sense of humour. A very friendly dentist, he relates well with his patients. Highly recommended for people who are afraid of going to the dentist! Great job!

โ โ โ โ โ Just finished extraction of my fractured pre molar and Dr Chua, his assistant YiYing(i think) and admin, Ms Joanna was super kind and friendly. No judgement at all and thorough explanation was given. Super good experience although i was shaking due to sound of drill but no pain at all! ??
