Honestly, this is a mixed review. I'd give 5* for Dr Tan but 1* for the Locum who attended to me. I could go on and elaborate on why 5* and why 1*, but I'm sure the clinic staff would explain the reasons... So my main advise, is to ask the counter staff if Dr Tan is in attendance.. Or if a dodgy Locum (who likely has full qualifications but doesn't appear to care much) is in attendance. *update - Dr Tan replied personally after I emailed the clinic with more details and stated that the clinic has identified the locum in question and will refrain from engaging his services as far as possible. He also offered to arrange a follow appointment if it was needed. ???

(Note: This clinic CHARGES for standard infant/toddler vaccination) Used to bring my tot here for vaccination (dr Tan's amazing). Clinic seemed to have recently changed the staff who schedules appointment, it was a major turn off. Plus point, glad to have found another clinic nearby, because I had to pay in cash for standard immunisations here. It's free at the new clinic I found. And, the doctor's great with kids; just like Dr Tan.

Booked a Pre-departure PCR Test for my mom who was travelling to Malaysia. The entire process from registration to completion of the swab was streamlined and hassle-free. The staff who conducted the swab was professional and experienced, making her feel at ease during the swab. Thank you Dr Tan and the staffs!

Went on Sunday morn 20 Mar to see the doctor. Think was Dr Jerer on duty. I must say the doctor was very friendly and diagnosed efficiently. One of the more pleasant GPs around.

My daughter seen few different clinics for her running nose and cough. She didn’t get well . I found My family clinic at angsana Breeze @ Yishun , finally she is fully recovered. Highly recommend ?. Especially Dr Tan Yan Yuan, he is very patient , my daughter love to see this doctor. Always caring and friendly.

Horrible experience. Doc prescribed steroid cream for a minor allergy my 2.5 year old son was having. As it was being prescribed to me for the first time, I read up about it shortly after r leaving the clinic, then I went back clinic 2 hours later, clinic refuse to allow me to return the untouched and unopened medicines and even suggested us to keep for future adult use. If that’s the case, why did the doctor prescribe for my toddler in the first place? Obviously money is more important for this doctor than anything else. Another thing shocking is doctor also prescribed diaper rash cream which we can easily buy it and which we have it but under a different brand. However at the counter when they prescribe to us how we have time to google and check on this? We even share with the principal of the childcare my son goes to on the cost of my son’s medical bill. She mentioned that we should consider other gps instead in future as the bill given was too high!!!! We will ask the principal to warn all the kids in the childcare about this gp.

Dr Tan has been amazingly great doctor to my family. I have 3 kids and all 3 of them sees him whenever they are sick. The two eldest always look forward to the stickers from Dr Tan after consultation. 3rd baby had his compulsory childhood Jab done by Dr Tan too. With the new implementation that we can get the jabs foc made my waiting time cut short compare to days done in polyclinic. Dr Tan explains beforehand what jab will be given on that day and what is the next jab to be scheduled. My helper also visit Dr Tan for her medical reviews/blood test required by MOM. Dr Tan's clinic is a one stop clinic for my family. We are glad to have him as our family doctor. A one stop clinic which fulfil all my needs in term of medical assistant. From consultation to vaccinations to swab test when needed. Thank you Dr Tan for your professional medical care for my family.

I saw Dr. Tan Yan Yuan at this clinic. He is a very friendly doctor and I can see that he was smiling warmly when he was chatting with me about my condition, even behind his mask and full PPE. He listened closely to what I was saying and seemed genuinely concerned for my health. I felt comfortable and at ease and was more willing to share the details of my condition, which I was feeling some hesitation and anxiety about sharing with a stranger. He was very professional in examining me and treated me with the utmost respect and dignity, and constantly checked with me to ascertain that I was comfortable. I can tell that he is a genuinely good person who wants to do good for others, and I will not hesitate to visit him again in the future whenever I have any illness. Will also recommend to all my friends and family.
