Happy to visit this dental clinic, have an appointment with Dr Ng who is very patient to answer my questions and also carefully examine on my set of teeth thru physical check & x-ray to see if any potential concern & decay since it's been awhile from my last polishing & yrs back from my last xray. I admit I'm still fearful about having my wisdom tooth remove ? but Dr Ng reassure me it will be painless. So I will consider about it. Dr Ng & Angela also showed me tips on how to floss, brush and what to use or do after the polishing session - is like an answer to my past sessions with other dentist always leaving my gums sore or uncomfortable. Angela gave me a soft rounded bristle brush and mini Colgate sensitive toothpaste to use after the session to ease any discomfort and maintain the condition of my teeth after the session. Everything is so lovely. My teeth & gums definitely feel so relieved after the session and I'm enjoying the smoothness of my teeth ? feels like it's been ages that I went to a dental appointment, the equipment they use are really so advanced. I dun feel pain at all, it's so comfy to touch my teeth being so well cleaned! Haha did they add a special touch to my tooth today? ?

I’m so glad that I found Shuang Dentistry! If you have anxiety like me and you’re scared of the dentist, please pay them a visit. I’m truly so happy to find them. Dr Ng & Dr Yap are amazing. They’re so gentle, patient & take their time to explain every single procedure to me. They’re always checking up on me if I’m okay and answer all my LAME questions. LOL. Best part - the injections that they perform on me are PAINLESS. They’ve got good hands. Love their table manners. So attentive. I’ve done a root canal with them and also scaling and polishing after years and it’s been so good. No pain. NOTHING. I NO LONGER HAVE ANXIETY VISITING THEM & I can’t believe that I’m actually excited now to see them cos my teeth have improved so much and they’re looking after it well. You will not regret seeing them and don’t be scared. THEYRE TOP NOTCH and THE BEST. If I could I would have given them TEN STARS. Even Angela - the clinic manager is so informative and helpful and chirpy. Love her vibe.

Dr Enxin Chin eradicated my years of gum bleeds in a single consultation. I was amazed. Whatever she diagnosed or prescribed was carefully researched online prior to and after the consultation, so I knew I was in safe hands. Hence I decided to entrust my tooth implant processes to her and other staff. It is Day 5 after the bone graft over a tooth and 2 cavities. I am 90% comfortable. The remaining 10% of discomfort is probably due to inherited nausea after taking Amoxicillin nearing the time for the next dosage of antibiotics. This discomfort disappears after consuming the dosage and food. I can only say that the nausea is a sign and encouragement for continuity in medication. I will update here after my next visit to remove stitches.

Staffs and Dr Ng the most amazing people here. Both of my experiences were wonderful. I had twice experiences of real bad tooth pain. Mostly both needed surgeries. I can never thank them enough for making me well again. Special mention to Dr Ng, thank you so much. Thank you to all the kind staffs here.

The staff in the clinic are very friendly. Clean and neat environment. Brought my little one for dental check yearly. Dr Ng is super good with kids. He is very patient and kind. His nurse is also very supportive.

Best dental clinic I have ever been to. The dentists, dental assistants, and receptionists were all extremely friendly, helpful, and transparent in explaining the procedures and costs. Did my wisdom tooth extraction, filling, and cleaning here. Would absolutely recommend.

Dr James Yap and the team has been very helpful in my root canal treatment. They are highly attentive and warm; it definitely helps to calm the patient throughout the process! Dr Yap and his team are very patient in explaining symptoms, cause and procedure in a layman but comprehensive manner; this is very rare in dental practices.
