Coach Sheryl was very informative and guided me throughout my first lesson in CrossFit!! The gym itself was spacious, functional and overall a good environment. ? It also had adequate equipment and was in a convenient location for me to travel to after work. Definitely check them out if you are looking to be part of a budding community and want to get fit. Gotta burn of those calories from all the Work From Home ?

An awesomely spacious Crossfit box in Singapore inundated with local slang (if the name doesn't already give it away!) and conveniently located near Raffles place MRT. Attended two classes there: Sheryl, the coach was extremely friendly and attentive to detail during the barbell technique class which I attended. This attentiveness extended into the HIIT class (aptly named 'Ho Seh Bo?')- she was patient enough to work around the wrist injury I currently have whilst making sure that the metcon was still challenging experience. Definitely a tough workout but felt great after!

Great place for anyone who's looking to get into crossfit!! The workouts are inclusive, fun, and yet challenging at the same time. I've personally never even lifted a barbell before in my life because it seems so intimidating, but found myself slowly becoming more and more comfortable with it as the weeks pass and we train more. The founders here are super friendly, instructions from coaches are clear and easy to follow especially for a beginner like me. It's a very supportive environment :)

Really steady pom pi pi experience at PPP! Signed up for their trial with my friends and opted for a weightlifting foundation class on a Saturday. Entered the gym and the staffs greeted us with a friendly smile. From someone with zero lifting experience, it was really comforting that the coach was very patient, attentive and knowledgeable. She made sure that undivided attention was provided to each and everyone of us so that we can get the barbell workout techniques and movements right before proceeding to the next level which I believe is super important for a beginner like me. Tbh i wasn't a fan of CrossFit at all because I've always watched ppl trained from outside of other gyms and thought that it was too intimidating but it really felt so comfortable to learn and train at PPP with my friends. Be it HIIT or functional trainings, I will highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested. Location wise - it's only a 5 mins walk away from raffles place mrt, not bad! :) *My friends and I requested for a mini photoshoot session w their iconic orange wall and they volunteered to take our photos!

As a complete beginner to crossfit and power/weightlifting, Pom Pi Pi Crossfit has been a wonderful place to kickstart my journey! The coaches are extremely detailed and patient, class size is kept small to ensure sufficient attention to each member, and the founders are really friendly too!! :) Overall, it is a very supportive and welcoming environment, especially for those who’s looking to try out the sport for the first time - you’ll be well taken care of! Highly recommended!

Tried 3 lessons with them and loving it so far, especially the W.O.D and semi private training sessions. I like that the excerises are always different so you will never get bored. The coach is always there to ensure you engage the right muscles! If you're new this is a great place to start because you're getting a workout with equipment + someone to train and assist you (like a semi-Personal Trainer). The coaches Mervin and Teresa are knowledge and patient, they guide newbies like me quite well. Its near CBD so if you're working nearby you should check them out. Overall, great experience.

I love going to Pom Pi Pi for the fun vibes! Training is perfect for someone like me who's just starting out on my Crossfit journey. The instructors are well versed with their knowledge and current safety standards, and make sure that fundamental movements are solid before moving on wirh progressions of weight and types of lifts.

Have been waiting to try CrossFit for a while now and couldn't have asked for a better place to start. Pom Pi Pi is focused on helping beginners with weight training and also high intensity functional training. Super impressed by how technique-focus their coaches are and learned a lot from their technique classes! Definitely not something you can find at other gyms. Highly, highly recommend for beginners!
