Good bowl of hand made noodles. The soup has a nice ikan billis taste to it. And the highlight would be its chilli. It's really spicy and give the noodles an extra kick! ?

Definitely worth coming again for their mee hoon kueh. Soup and the Kueh are awesome. Tried their Fish; Prawn; Abalone Clam mee hoon kueh. Either one is good. Follow โ€œReview IKRโ€ on Instagram n Facebook for more reviews.

This place used to serve very tasty noodle soup. Now the quality has gone down the drain. Quantity is pathetic too. So little ingredients for a $5 bowl. Soup is diluted & bland, noodles have taste of flour. Only saving grace is the mani leaves. Without the mani leaves, would have been 1 โญ๏ธ only.

My favourite mee hoon kuay store of all time since young. The soup is yummy! Although itโ€™s a little sad that they started using machine for the mee hoon kuay but I still enjoy it very much. Highly recommended! ?? $4.50 for a regular bowl and $5.50 or $6.60 for more noodles~

Have always wanted to try this stall. It is popular and many people said that this is one of the best ban mian stalls in Singapore. I went on a Friday evening and there wasnโ€™t any queue. Ordered their Handmade Dry Noodles and wait less than 10 mins. It was served with a bowl of soup and some sambal chilli. I must say their sambal chilli really packs a punch! Very spicy! As for the noodles, itโ€™s just above average. Itโ€™s a good bowl of ban mian but definitely not the best. The portion is pretty small too. With just a few small pieces of meat. I read from online reviews and everyone is saying that the lady at the counter, presumably the lady boss, is rude and very attitude. Wellโ€ฆ totally true. Firstly, she has this โ€œyou owe me moneyโ€ face. Then when I told her I want to order the handmade dry noodles, she asked me if I want prawn or fish for the noodles, but as it was noisy, I didnโ€™t heard the question clearly and kindly asked her to repeat the question. She then replied me in a loud and angry tone โ€œYou want prawns or fish??!โ€. ??โ€โ™‚๏ธ I wonder why is she behaving all high up and almighty? Just because your business is good you should still treat your customers with respect. Overall, it is highly overrated. But no harm trying it if you are around city plaza.

Minced Meat Mee Hoon Kueh ่‚‰่„ž้ข็ฒ‰็ฒฟ ? Food wise: There were so many levels of good here. Soup good, mee hoon kueh good, pork good, chilli good, and even veg also good. Ikan Billis, well, not a fan of it, but for this one is not too bad, not too salty and not those tiny and flakey type. The veg is not those with lots of stem, it's leafy and thin, love the texture! Soup, so much depth in it, very well seasoned, enriched with the flavours of pork. Makes one finish the soup. Mee hoon kueh, it has its personality, some part soft, some part slightly hard (but not too hard), ensuring it pleases the general population. This is perfect! Pork, soft, tender and lightly seasoned, goes very well with the chilli! Dunk it into the chilli sauce and eat the whole thing. That spicy goodness! Chilli, they are generous in this, see that amount of chilli they gave. This is the right level of spiciness, not overly spicy but just right. Every spoon of mee hoon kueh with some of it, shiok. โœจ Ambience wise: Food court. Quite a small food court but for the food, worth it! ?? Service wise: Aunty generous, when one asked for more chilli, she gave a mountain of it. ? Price wise: Comes in $4/5/6, generous portion!

Decided to try the ban mian after reading a few reviews. Ordered the soup and dry version and a side order of fried dumplings. Fried dumplings were homemade according to them, but they were probably better off saying someone else made them cause it was quite bad. Over fried, barely any meat, and the skin was just thick and hard to chew. When I saw my dry ban mian, I thought โ€œwow thatโ€™s a small portion. It must be super good to justify the $4.50 I paid for itโ€. Boy was I wrong. Sauce was so tasteless. It was as if they just dark sauce and tossed the noodles in it. The saving grace was probably their soup. It was great but probably the best thing that we had. Would skip this place.
