L32 Handmade Noodles - Lor 32 Geylang

Good bowl of ban mian Malaysian style with sayur manis and ikan bilis. If you order dry noodles, give the noodles a good toss when it arrives because it will clump up soon enough after you take your photos. I like the soya sauce they use but wish they had a chilli sauce to match. They only have this chilli sauce for dipping. I also like that they added an egg into the soup but the glutton in me wished they didn’t make use choose between prawns, minced meat, sliced fish and meatball. All in all, a bowl of ban mian that deserves to be in Top 5

I have been patronizing this stall since 10 years ago and when I started driving. If your not staying nearby and without a car, getting here is still easy via bus or grabcar but if you want to walk from mrt, it's abit far. Yes it is just ban mian or similar noodle food, I have ate many of such during my younger days in tampines 400+. None could compare to the taste and QQ ness of this L32 handmade 手工面 noodle at geylang lorong 32. The soup is awesome and mixed with egg yolk along with the huge bowl of ban mian I just dunno what other better words to describe. I have tried ban mian, you mian and mee hoon kuey. All are decent and it depends on that day's mood what i want. Also tried prawn, pork and chicken, fishball but so far in my opinion the best is still chicken ban mian cause the chicken is just so soft and tender really I have never tried other stalls with such tender chicken meat. Pork is just normal but if you want try something besides norm go for chicken instead. I went through the other single star review and I do agree the waiting time is a bit long so if you really want to come here, just enjoy with a mindset that you can also try their wu xiang and chat with friends before your main dish came..

Love their dry ban mian!! Their sauce and chilli really ties everything together. There’s *always* a queue but you can call ahead and order to-go so you don’t need to wait on-site. Noodles seem to be better when you eat there as it gets a bit soggy when packed. Cash only. Limited street parking available.

5/5 ban mian, never let's you down. May need to wait quite a while during busy periods. Personally prefer the soup to the dry one as the broth w the handmade noodles are really flavourful. Choose from fish, prawn and pork as your "protein". All are good :)

Definitely best banmian I’ve tasted in Singapore so far, but still don’t think is worth the wait. Went there for lunch on a weekday. There were seats available but I guess because of the takeaway orders, the waiting time was rather long. However I do appreciate the staff for letting me know I have to wait for about 40 minutes.

I like the U-mian noodle texture, can indeed feel the difference between machine made. Soup and sauce was alright, nothing too special. Open exactly at 11.30am, even with a queue forming 5 minutes before.

This is at 558 Geylang Road, Lor 32 Geylang S389509. I ordered Ban Mian Chicken Soup n took back to office to eat. The soup n noodles r separately packed. The soup is clear n lightly flavored. The chicken meat is nicely done. Adding a bit of chilli sauce to it really spicy it up nicely. The portion size is just nice for a guy. There is also fish ball, meat ball, fish, abalone, chicken, prawn, etc to choose from (refer to my photos to see). N noodles r ban mian (main), bee hoon, etc to choose from. Queue starts at 1130hrs to 2130hrs daily.

Amazing noodles and very fast service. The dry one leaves you wanting more and once you start on the soup, you just keep drinking. Best part is the portion is not small and we were both full.
