C	Conan Edogawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is lacking. Lack smiles and unhelpful. Uses Q-ticketing system instead of queuing for respective services. But, no clear sign to inform 1st time visitors of need to take a queue number. Quite a few old folks just waited and waited.

I have come during peak hour - long queue, no one really likes it I believe, also very loose hour - only 2-3 people before you. Just the office is not very big in space, so better not come in peak hour if you can

S	Serra leow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad customer service. Before I can ask any questions, the lady behind the counter curtly said ‘go take queue number’. The whole time when we were conversing, she was looking at her computer. Being in a national post office doesn’t warrant you to show bad attitude to your customers. If you don’t like to answer customers questions, then don’t work in customer service sector.

Instead, they waited until the parcel was returned to Singapore. Then they called me, to tell me I must pay extra for the return delivery! Three weeks and $50, parcel is back where it started. That is poor service. Better use a different company.
T	The Genesis Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office is located at LEVEL 3 Take lift from WING WING The post office is bright and clean but The right side of the west wing lift lobby, level 1 looks straight out of a scary movie with black moulds growing all over!
A	Asturias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post office is located on 3rd floor of community centre. This requires you to take a lift to access it. This is somewhat inconvenient. Arrived around early afternoon and there’s no queue at all but still required to key in mobile to get a digital queue number to be served. This is redundant and not user-friendly for people with no mobile phones and are not tech-friendly. Staff however are helpful.
