Posb staff not begin helpful and the way they speak is rude. Not professional at all. I was not allowed to accompany my friend as she doesn't really understand English which needs my assistance. Account closed and will never be back again.

Have to wait hours just for the replacement of the ATM card (the self service kiosk was unable to extend the expiry date). Many folks renewing their hardcopy of bank books.... should remove using bank book.. just send a monthly recon statement... ???

Very bad experience. Staff named “ Helena” being very unprofessional, rude and her attitude is really just bad. Basically my mum just want to update her address so i went with her, the male staff told my mum just go inside the small room and use the atm can change already. So my mum went it and tried, after awhile the screens shows that for safety purpose need staff card in order to continue. So i went out to get the staff to help me with this, so this staff Helena came, scolded my mum that why change address don’t want go inside counter and change, why must go inside the small room and change address ? She kind of bully my mum in a way just because my mum doesn’t know English. You male staff just literally told my mum to go into the small room and change address but the Helena just scolded my mum for doing that?? What kind of attitude she’s showing?? So unprofessional. I’ve called the bank and they said they’ve informed the branch manager and the branch manager is yet to call me back. Overall really bad experience.

On 06/12/2021, I was being served by Ms Chia Foong Kin at around 2.35pm. Throughout the entire process, she gives her best service to us. Also, she is very friendly, detailed with everything I needed. I am able to feel her dedication towards this job. She is a gem to this company. My overall experience here with all the staffs on duty that day are great. Keep it up! Thanks for everything. Appreciated.

On 2nd April'22 Saturday morning, I was at POSB Paya Lebar branch to get a Cashier Order in my name. Upon reaching the bank I was greeted by the bank ambassador. He was friendly and I was given a queue number. As I was waiting in the front counter I observed that the service was slow and the front counter staffs appeared unfriendly. When my number was called I was served by Mdm.Chia Foong Kin. She was arrogant and condescending. She asked " is this xx" without saying the accurate amount as indicated in the form that I had filled. I corrected her her and said the actual amount. she asked "what is this money for" in a rude tone. I was shocked that she was so rude and condescend ing. I told her "it's not for you to know". And she said "I am talking to you only." I told her her "you sound rude and interrogating me". It's my money why I need to tell what you what it used forc" Is this what we called a World Class Bank that we are talking about? It sure does have alot to polish up!!!!??????????

Waited for about 1 and 30mins Lady in the counter never informed all the details . Opening checking account details everytime say wrong information at first said from 2 dollars fix charge every month become 4 dollars. Didn't explained the time frame for the check to issued in the end need to wait again to claim cashier order because of the wrong information and didn't explain first how long is the time frame to issued a check.

Very unpleasant experience with POSB SingPost branch. I reached by 1:15pm. Queue for 30min only to get a queue number. After I get my number, I realised there’s 11ppl till my turn so I went to grab coffee & toilet. Unfortunately I missed my number so I approached one of the lady , she told me to go to counter 4 when the current customer is done. Then one male staff just came over and give me a new queue number and told the lady I need to re-queue, and I waited another (almost) 1hour till my turn. Best part here. Counter staff Annie Leong attitude was arrogant. Firstly, she asked me to show my identification and I passed her my LTVP card, she said to me “ This is visit pass ,your passport?? (does it mean LTVP card is not identification card??) ” She could have told me to show passport if I am not citizen. I passed her my passport, she didn’t say anything and just hand sign me to let her see my face. As I observed, other counter staff all asked customer nicely to remove their mask, but the one who served me just too lazy to talk? She doesn’t ask me to remove my mask by speaking to me, she used unpleasant hand sign again to insinuated me to show my face. Conclusion: queuing system is bad, service is slow, arrogant staff.

I was got the bad service. I was forgot her name and she is the Chinese old woman. I can’t use my digital banking. This is the my very first experience in SG and my account is also new one. But the counter old woman wasn’t helpful and she asked and talk to me loudly. I was felt speechless. This is the very bad customer service. I’ll try to never use this bank.
