★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 1st August at 12.30pm, I was at your Paya Lebar Square branch with an intention to close my bank account.
But after experiencing a Miss Lu's service, I change my mind and is keeping my account going. I am so impressed by her patience, helpfulness and politeness. Previously I opened my account at the Simei branch and the staff was unhelpful and cold.
* (I think Sarah is her name that she told me. She has a Chinese name on her name-tag. She sits on he 2nd counter from the left as a customer enters the bank door).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there are 5 counter staff but only 2 counters in operation. my queue number has only 3 customers before me but i waited 30 mins for my turn. Worst customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank I always come. Service is bad. 5counter only 1counter is doing service. Open at 11am. How can only 1 service person , the rest siting down just keep counting money. After been waiting for 15mins 5 of the service person still sitting with their head down. OMG
