β β β β β I was pleasantly surprised to explore such a lovely new mall close to our condo - PLQ Mall (Paya Lebar Quarter). There is direct access from Circle Line to Basement 2 where is Fairprice Finest located. A few places with good coffee (komma, huggs coffee and TheProvidore are already there, jimmy monkey opening soon); different dining options, adorable Smigy Playground for kids, Popular Bookstore Singapore, AKEMIUCHI Singapore, Shaw Cinema and many-many more.

β β β β β Have A Shaw cinema on the Top floor .Mail have many Restaurant on almost every floor from Basement to the 5th floor. There is also a Foodcourt on the 4 floor. There also many Clothes Fashion shop,Spectacle shop,shoe shop, Handphone shop ,Accessories shop.Supermarket FairPrice Finest .A Wine Bar,Fast Food Macdonald ,Kentucky Chicken ,Coffee Starbucks and many more.

β β β β β Paya Lebar Quarter or PLQ is designed to be a place to live, work, shop, dine and play. The massive development by Landlease in the Paya Lebar regional business hub comprises a retail mall (PLQ Mall), three office towers (PLQ1,2 & 3) and three residential towers (Park Place Residences).
The Ordinary Patrons (TOP) are happy that new Paya Lebar Quarter restaurants and cafes offer interesting dining options and cater to different budgets. There is a good mix of familiar food and beverages (F&B) names and new to market eateries. We list the TOP 10 F&B places to try at the new PLQ.

β β β β β So this brand new mall in my hood seems very nice. In fact, it blows the nearest competitors out of the water!
Let me be clear here, I gauge a mall by how many different categories of stores there are, how well it serves the neighborhood, not what new brands there are coz those tend to die out quickly.
LOADS of dining options, a cinema, Popular bookstore, FairPrice Finest, Tokyu Hands (Yay!), Koi (Yay again!) KopiTime Food Court (By KopiTiam) sports stores, salons, electronics stores, clinics. Iβd say they cover most categories of a shoppers needs.
My only gripe... one set of toilet per floor. Oh well.

β β β β β Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) Mall is a relatively large new shopping and entertainment center that has over 200 shops. Located next to the Paya Lebar MRT station, it is also linked to Paya Lebar Square and SingPost Mall. Together, they have become a shopping, commercial and business hub! PLQ Mall is very spacious, bright, clean, covering several floors with lots of shops, restaurants and eateries, a foodcourt, supermarket and IMAX cinemas operated by Shaws Brothers etc. For those who are into shopping, it's a good place to be in. And you will be spoiled by choices as in which food eatery to go! On weekends in particular, its very crowded!Through the underground passage way, you can have direct and easy access to the MRT station and also linking to the other malls! Worth to spend your weekend here with friends or family.

β β β β β A newly opened shopping mall that is just connected to Paya Lebar MRT station. It has quite a number of floors but the walkways inside the mall are quite cramped, especially when it gets crowded. Basement is like a food street and there is also a supermarket too. On the upper levels, there are restaurants and shops like Saizeriya, Pizza Hut, Value$, Uniqlo, Tokyu Hands, Challenger, Popular etc. KopiTime foodcourt is at the top level with quite a variety of food stalls but the seats are limited .

β β β β β Brand new mall that is connected to Paya Lebar MRT station. Quite disappointed that most shops are a replicate of most Malls in Singapore, I was hoping for a themed mall or something exciting. Thereβs still hope as there are many empty units and hopefully something interesting might come along. There are several outdoor kiosks selling coffee and snacks.
