★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give it zero star if able. Lack of respect of the whole Organization of DBS for old folks. Made them wait in a queue for hour during the circuit breaker. DBS branches at Tampines 1 closed for cost reasons. Will gladly close my account with DBS and posb if not for government transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great service by all staffs, although i could tell that its quite tough to managed the Q due to restriction and limited space outside and inside the branch but its quite systematic and easy to follow, ?? waiting time is acceptable between 45 mins - 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to take a queue number, then wait for SMS to enter the bank. It took me 45 mins to receive the SMS and waited for 15 min for my turn to the counter in the bank. The staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting was long but at least had my enquiry fulfilled which cannot solved when doing online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so far to me is okok la . service ok lo. but funny counter 4 the lady good. i ask for apply my two girl bank account balance counter 4 tat lady jut made for me .but to counter 5 ths lady wat cnnt ths cnnt tat. ppl jut pass on she cannt hate her service like she boss is Rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Neighbours first,Bankers second" definitely not. One of the most lousiest effort put up by this branch. The long queues already show the lack of proper service and professionalism. Overall, slow and horrendous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and unpleasant experience. Branch is incompetent and understaffed. It was overwhelmed with a long queue which made up of mainly elderly customers, on a weekday. Came at 945am and was informed that my number will be served at 11am. At 1059am, I received the SMS that my number was up. However, when I came to the entrance, I was informed that I had to wait further. I was only served at 1130am just for a simple joint account opening.

Close at 4pm but 2.45pm they say out of queue number and ask us to come back another day.
We so free to come back is it? Be considerate.
You could be more polite in telling people as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, located near Tampines MRT and interchange.
ATM tellers were sufficient to handle the crowd.
However, to handle the walk in crowd, the counter tellers simply could not handle it. The waiting time and queue were simply horrendous.
I think no matter how many counters the bank adds, it will be tough to handle the crowd.
The teller aunties were quite friendly and did their best to help the customers.
